What are those catalysts? Is anything on the horizon?

Approximately a billion shares were traded over a penny on October 22nd 2021. How many of those shares that were bought at a penny+ sold at 0.002$ taking a 80% loss? Not to many imo. Most are still holding awaiting to recuperate when the stock price comes back to to 0.01$+ levels or close to it. The present unrestricted share count is @ 1,042,603,108 as of 12/20/2021. I'm not saying the stock price will get to 0.01$++ without any catalysts. The company recently announced an Acquisition on Dec 6, 2021 of Crimes & Capers Streaming Platform.

Well, I hope you're right...I just don't think you are.

So your argument is that since a large number of shares were purchased at +$.01, the price must go up to +$.01 before people will sell...and so therefore the price WILL go back up to +$.01?

Regardless of the value/worth of the company?

None of those penny payers are going to take any opportunity available to get out with a slight loss?

Any volume $GBHL sees won't be immediately undercut by people leaving their +$.01 position...even at a loss that is less than what they would take at the $.002 base we see now?

Serious questions...would welcome your answers.

During the run up to 0.0195 on October 27, 2021 close to a billion shares traded in the 0.01$-0.0195$ range. So most of the float is locked up by people who paid over a penny! That being said with a good volume day we can easily see again 0.01$+ imo regardless of your plan A & plan B. $GBHL

Said it once, say it again...

Reason #GBHL price went up so high to begin with was the takeover rumors by trump company which didn't happen.

Only way bags get out of this is w/o loss is:

A) another rumor of trump buyout, or,

B) an actual trump buyout.

C) $GBHL grows organically into a company valued over .005 - .006/share.

Option A could happen at any time, although there would be a 99% chance it was an untrue rumor.

Option B will take years - if ever - to happen.

Option C...good luck.

Just looking at the situation objectively.

Look at the date on when the float was last updated, silly. Over 5 months ago. Even if, 924m ain't that far off a billion.

OS is over a billion shares. That is most likely the real float.

A billion float is quite a bit. Just two of the OTC tickers I own have floats of 53m & 6m.
