Proving runs start tomorrow and run for 2-3 weeks. Link below is for FAQ.

Yes, I believe they state that proving runs for the certification are starting shortly. The video below goes through the presentation and they answer many questions.

Latest company update. Closer to flying but still weeks away. First flight probably in Q3 IMO.

Well certification is certainly delayed a couple months or more now. News last week stating JETMF needs to decrease the voting share majority to US citizens in order to finalize certification. So now they want to create class B common shares that are non-voting to give to foreign shareholders. I wonder how foreign shareholders will view this?
Annual report and restated interm reports filed today. JETMF...looking forward to some revenues in Q3...hopefully.
Awesome! Progress....just a matter of time now. Looks like the market liked that financing deal. Would love to see JETMF at $3.00/share.
Final step is next. They just tweeted this.
Last night, #GlobalX conducted the evacuation demo in front of 8 FAA inspectors. In the words of the FAA, the demo was “textbook perfect,” and completed in 10 seconds. Our team is ready for the final test--our proving run flights!

Looks like a previous private placement investor let go of some shares here the past two days. Interesting considering they are so close to getting FAA approved.
I guess we will own Jetlines shares again
Spinoff share plans were just sent out. They will do 1 share of Canada Jetlines for every two shares of global x. They are currently planning to do this before the end of Q2.
Yes, Canada Jetlines had many more obstacles that they ultimately couldn't overcome. I've been here for years now watching and waiting for this to recover. It will be very satisfying to see the first revenue flight leave the tarmac.
With the current contracted work, this should be an interesting next few months.
Progress has definitely been slow. But there is sign of progress which is more than we had with Canada Jetlines. Just waiting it out here.
They have received the airplane. It looks like some further drills with the FAA are scheduled for next week. This process has been slow when you consider that late last year they were saying they expected revenue flights to start in January. Let's hope they are able to get going in May and are able to add a few more contacts along the way.
New website is up...figure we should get news again soon. The second plane should have been delivered this week.
https://globalairlinesgroup.com/index.html
Now the website is down..only directs to linked in. Updates are on linked in, twitter and facebook. They state they are moving forward in the approval process. And the next plane will get delivered next week. Will be a happy day when they annouce their first revenue producing flight!
It sounds like they are close. They mention then FAA progress every month when they issue updates. So proving run schedule approved, proving runs performed, then certification?
From the LinkedIn release:
"We expect the final proving run flight schedule, the last certification hurdle, to be FAA initially approved next week with proving run flights expected to start as soon as tabletops and mini evac are completed and subject to FAA resource availability."
I wonder why Ed doesn't PR about the progress with FAA certification? Just another PR Today about strategic relationship with smartlynx
Nice update...more LOI's signed. But this is starting to remind me of how Jetlines operated. Their updates included plans but never any follow through. At least they are trying to get certified. I wish there was a way we could verify each step of that process. Looks like operations might start in Q2 now.
Latest update from their linked in.
Update from GLX: FAA 121 Certification continues to progress as the aircraft conformity review (a major phase 4 event) has started- this is a full nose to tail review by the FAA of every aspect of our first A320 aircraft- all maintenance records, on board equipment, software systems, avionics, etc. are reviewed line by line as a test of our tracking capabilities and our manuals design. Other milestone events including the Mini-evac drill and tabletops are scheduled with all crew and management staff now practicing tabletop scenarios to be fully prepared. We expect the final proving run flight schedule, the last certification hurdle, to be FAA initially approved next week with proving run flights expected to start as soon as tabletops and mini evac are completed and subject to FAA resource availability.
On the revenue flying contracts front, in addition to the major LOIs already signed for South American flying from the US, we have agreed to LOI terms with a major California based resort casino group for a minimum of 50 hours per month, and signed LOI’s for an additional 160 hours per month of flying with major Caribbean and Mexico destinations.
Someone on the Yahoo board posted this to those who may be interested
"Hey Y'all I just created a Reddit so we can form a group together Especially those who have held this stock since it was known as Jetlines (Click on the link below to Join the conversation)" https://www.reddit.com/r/GlobalCrossingAir/new/

No doubt. Hope you're locked & loaded cause the run will be glorious.
anyone else notice the volume at the end of day?
News today, they already completed the 5 mil in funding. Hoping they get their approval soon. It's near the end of January. I would like to see them start bringing in revenues this Quarter.
Is getting close now
They have taken possession of their first plane.
I also saw an article that they have completed an offering in order to pay for the certification.

Excellent good looks like 1.50 coming soon
Glad I averaged down...JETMF on the move!

The now deleted link was the second plane. It was delivered on Jan 1st and being painted as we speak. They talked about revenues as well... estimated $50M+ this year.
Hello all! Looking real good over here.
February is when they have stated approval will come and soon after revenue operations begin. In the now deleted link, they talked about that and the pipeline of closed and potential deals. It was a slightly higher estimate than what they had stated before, I believe.
I believe is starting to trend up now they might be getting very close to certification
JETMF trending up...I wonder if something good is coming down the pipe?
That's a blank page (your link).
Besides you post articles from 3 and 5 years ago. Is Eastern even in operation today? What's Ed's role here at GCA,Inc.???
Thanks! As per the last conference call, FAA certification will happen at the end of February. Then revenues will start immediately from contracts that are in place.
Nice to have another shareholder here. Welcome and hoping they can start bringing in revenues in 1st Q.
Thanks. I look forward to this journey with you all! These made me invest... Ed is about to do it again with JETMF

I wonder when they take delivery of their first aircraft. Anyone have details on the actual airplane? We should be able to look up the aircraft to see where it is located. I thought awhile back the company said they would release this publicly so all investors could track it.
They announced a president for the Canada Jetlines business. His resumé looks impressive. It will be interesting to see them get that up and running when the previous group failed miserably.
