Randy Renken, the GCEI IR person and one of its largest shareholders, went to jail for defrauding shareholders.

He formed a company and falsified the financial statements to show that he had $50 million in assets when in fact he had just $5000.

He then used that falsified statement to con people to invest in his company.

He got caught and was sentenced to 48 months in Three Rivers Prison in Texas. He sat for 40 months.
