Clearly there is cause for having a third party look under this board's fingernails for dirt, but I believe the lack of interest in pursuing legal action stems from the need for identity anonymity, Understandable, given the medium we have all opted to voice our concerns on. Not much can be done about that, but make no mistake, once someone with some dice starts up a class action lawsuit, the participation from victimized investors will be enormous. I think it will happen, but it is a question of timing. As long as the Meatball and Meatball Jr. continue to pull big salaries, bonuses, dividends, and exorbitant expenses out of the business, the foundation for a stinging lawsuit that will take those two meatballs down remains viable IMHO.

I don't mind going solo on sharing my disdain for John Matthews and Kathryn Weisbeck because as most of you on this board, I am experiencing huge losses as a result of their dishonest rhetoric, distortions of timelines and the truth as we were led to believe as factual.
I was hoping the Straddle and Whiteshep would step and share their disappointment and disgust for Management, but they have been largely silent. My suggestion here is to "Poke the Bear" Let his handful of supporters know that as an investor you find their behavior deplorable. They simply do not play by the rules. In fact, they never have. They have used our money for their own self-aggrandizement, and that is not how public companies should behave. They continue to benefit and ignore our calls for action. The 10- Q was such exciting news, that do you know what happened today? 600,000 shares at a cost of about $300 traded hands. Now that's impressive. We are talking big buckaroos here. The board of directors must have popped open the champagne bottles.
I am sorry to say, but no one is interested in investing in the Meatball any longer. He went to the well with his bullcrap one too many times. He has a credibility problem and a profitable quarter changes nothing. It does mean more money for Meatball and his motley crew of no-talent board members though.

One of the following events is going to have GAHC start a new run with the next blockchain crypto cycle that occurs in 4 year cycles, only thing is if they pull off their plans in the election world they jump into another stratosphere. Here are the events that will kick start the next run:

1. Approval of a spot bitcoin ETF
2. PayPal completes their outlay and option for millions to buy crypto and pay with crypto on PayPal.
3. Bitcoin halving of April 2024.
