solutions, today announced that it has received a Letter of Engagement from
the Deh Gah Gotie Dene Council of Fort Providence, Canada to provide
environmental and engineering solutions to solve the solid waste management,
sewage treatment and energy crises in that community.
The community of Fort Providence is known as Canada's Gateway to the North
and has abundant supplies of pure glacier water, rich gold and diamond
deposits, uranium deposits, and major oil and gas reservoirs. A new $170
million bridge, currently under construction at Fort Providence and financed
by a consortium consisting of the TD Bank, the Ontario Teachers' Pension Fund,
and Sun Life Financial, will create the only all-weather road link for
distributing the billions of dollars of natural resources in Canada's
Northwest Territories to the rest of the world.
Global 8 has been commissioned by the Dene Band Council to make Fort
Providence a "Global Demonstration Center for Environmental Sustainability in
Arctic Regions."
Global 8 will also provide a technical report for the development of Fort
Providence Environmental Technology Centers, which would include a
self-sustaining community that includes hotels, restaurants, vehicle servicing
facilities, recreation facilities, and education facilities. The Environmental
Technology Centers will showcase hydroelectric, wind and solar energy
technologies to maintain green energy needs and create cutting-edge solutions
for the "green communities" of tomorrow.

Nice channeling stock in its recent history. Lows near the .30 area and highs in the upper .60's to .70 range. Will definitly keep this on watch for a chance at better entry.

GBLE) (Current Market Cap. US$27.43 Mil.) signed an exclusive agreement to build
and operate environmental technology centers with Financial Investment Consultancy
SAL.
FINCO is a Lebanon based asset management company that acquired the license
to develop environmental technology centers, which create environmentally sustainable
solutions allowing communities and their industries to grow without any environmental
constraints.
Under the terms of the agreement, Global 8 Environmental Technologies, Inc.
will own an exclusive and worldwide license for building and operating environmental
technology centers and technologies used in each of these centers. The proprietary
technology assets, which have been assigned under this agreement include know how,
engineering drawings, and specifications and operating and procedures manuals for
fully-operational environmental technology centers for the processing and recycling
of solid wastes, air pollution mitigation and greenhouse gas reduction, water and
wastewater treatment, and generation of energy from renewable sources. This exclusive
license includes all processes, inventions, and improvements that FINCO now owns
and controls as well as those which FINCO may develop or acquire in the future.
In addition to intellectual property, FINCO will also provide debt financing
for the design, construction, and start-up costs related to the environmental technology
centers to be built and operated by the Global 8 family of companies. This financing
will be arranged in $50 million tranches up to $250 million. This limit will be
further extended subject to agreement by both parties.
