U.S. SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION
Washington, D.C.
SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934 Release No. 59333 / February 2, 2009
SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION SUSPENDS TRADING IN THE SECURITIES OF GLOBAL 1 INVESTMENT HOLDINGS CORPORATION
The United States Securities and Exchange Commission (Commission) today announced the temporary suspension of trading in the securities of Global 1 Investment Holdings Corporation (GOIH) (Global), commencing at 9:30 a.m. EST on February 2, 2009, and terminating at 11:59 p.m. EST on February 13, 2009.
The Commission temporarily suspended trading in Global's securities due to a lack of current and accurate information concerning the securities, because Global is delinquent in filing periodic reports with the Commission and because of questions regarding the accuracy and completeness of Global's representations to investors and prospective investors in Global's public filings with the Commission and Global's publicly-available press releases. This order was entered pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (Exchange Act).
The Commission cautions brokers, dealers, shareholders and prospective purchasers that they should carefully consider the foregoing information along with all other currently available information and any information subsequently issued by Global.
Brokers and dealers should be alert to the fact that, pursuant to Exchange Act Rule 15c2-11, at the termination of the trading suspension, no quotation may be entered relating to Global's securities unless and until the broker or dealer has strictly complied with all of the provisions of the rule. If any broker or dealer is uncertain as to what is required by the rule, it should refrain from entering quotations relating to Global's securities that have been subject to a trading suspension until such time as the broker or dealer has familiarized itself with the rule and is certain that all of its provisions have been met. Any broker or dealer with questions regarding the rule should contact the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, DC at (202) 551-5720. If any broker or dealer enters any quotation which is in violation of the rule, the Commission will consider the need for prompt enforcement action.
If any broker, dealer or other person has any information which may relate to this matter, they should immediately communicate it to Assistant Regional Director M. Graham Loomis, Atlanta Regional Office, at (404) 842-7622, or by e-mail at LoomisM@sec.gov.

He should be! I bought at .068 - .08.
Many of us lost money buying into the guaranteed .25 dividend.
It was never retracted and is still owed.
I finally sold my $1,000 purchase for $70.00
Glad I did now.
I also have to thank God for Ameritrade - they would not allow me to buy it so it saved me thousands!
All previous press releases - see the scam as it happened.

U.S. SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION
Litigation Release No. 20533 / April 23, 2008
Securities and Exchange Commission v. Global 1 Investment Holdings Corporation and W. E. Tucker a/k/a Willie E. Tucker, Jr., Case No. 1:08-CV-1381 (N.D. Ga. April 14, 2008)
Securities and Exchange Commission Files Subpoena Enforcment Action
Global 1 Investment Holdings Corporation and W. E. Tucker Fail To Produce Documents or Appear For Testimony Before Commission Staff
The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced that on April 14, 2008, it filed a subpoena enforcement action in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia against Global 1 Investment Holdings Corporation ("Global 1") and W. E. Tucker a/k/a Willie E. Tucker, Jr. ("Tucker"). Pursuant to a subpoena issued on October 10, 2007, Global 1 was obligated to produce documents to the staff by October 29, 2007, and appear for testimony at the Atlanta Regional Office of the Commission on November 5, 2007. Pursuant to a subpoena issued on November 29, 2007, Tucker was obligated to produce documents to the staff by December 13, 2007, and appear for testimony at the Atlanta Regional Office of the Commission on December 18, 2007. Neither Global 1 nor Tucker produced any documents pursuant to subpoena, and neither appeared for testimony as required. Accordingly, the Commission filed its Application for an Order to Show Cause and for an Order Requiring Obedience to Subpoenas, along with a supporting Memorandum and Declaration.
In its Application and supporting filings, the Commission alleges that on September 27, 2007, the Commission issued its Order Directing Private Investigation and Designating Officers to Take Testimony ("Formal Order") in the Global 1 Investment Holdings Corporation investigation. The Formal Order authorizes the staff to conduct an investigation into whether, among other things, Global 1, Tucker, or certain other persons and entities associated with Global 1 violated the anti-fraud provisions of the federal securities laws.
Pursuant to its Application, the Commission is seeking an Order directing Global 1 and Tucker to show cause why the Court should not enter an Order requiring them to appear for testimony and produce the required documents.

Looks like the market got a new buy signal according to www.Alphaking.com I wonder if this buy signal will last long, market looks precarious still, imo. Washington Mutual said it expects a first-quarter loss of $1.40 per share, more than twice the 51 cents that analysts on average expected so the banks aren't out of the woods yet. WaMu is cutting 180 stand alone loan offices and cutting 3,000 people. Are we at the bottom or just the begining of the end?
Looks like they arent getting filings done either. Gotta nice E next to them now....
Dudes are some pathetic scamsters!

Unfortunately, I remember ever word of it! LOL - what a good pump!

Actually - now that I think about it - the entire subprime lending problem - didn't need to occur and probably would of been avoided if we would of all got our dividends as promised!
Well - bringthatchit - I must go to sleep - am meeting the postman in the morning - hoping he has my check - the mortgage company isn't understanding - they can't get their money until I get mine!
GOIH brings new meaning to Failure to Deliver!
Hope it came in easy dispense rolls!
Should have known better when the 280 mill S-8's were issued. Damn thats a lot of S-8 paper.
BTC
It'll take them awhile to burn through that kind of money!
They didn't have any expenses - except the $169 per press release - and they reeled in hundreds of thousands of dollars!
So much for OTCBB being a safer bet.
Wouldn't surprise me. As soon as they run outa money from last years P&D, they will start the phones back up.
BTC
Funny you should ask - I called the company today - and haven't heard back!
Checked my mail again today - with higher hopes and an increasing faith - and I saw a check - but it said "this is not a check" - plus it was from a mortgage company!
I'm holding my breath still - if you call for me - just ask for ole' blue!
Did we get our divi yet lmaoooooooooooooooo>
BTC
Yo Barry!! You owe me money!! I was one person who BELIEVED YOU when you said you were giving a stock dividend!! I could have sold my 800,000 shares at a nickel!! I am a Mason and made the mistake of assuming you were also a moral man of good standing!! I am now disabled in need of my dividend!! Let me (us) know where to pick up the money.
please send us a divi as was agreed to in your previous posts/prs, cash will be fine, tia.
I have an offer for ya Barry - I think its fair and equitable for both parties.
I will settle for .125 cash in lieu of the .25 dividend!
So you can just mail me the check and I will no longer bash your POS stock!
No doubt. Give us the divi lol!
There I got the ball rollin.......
BTC
Maybe if we post a million times that we want our divi they will still ignore us lol.......
BTC
I'm not sure I'll be happy about it, but I'm willing to wait to see the end of the movie.
