Look like the CEO exercised and then sold 600,000 shares..all under a 10b5-1...

Rule 10b5-1 allows company insiders to set up a predetermined plan to sell company stocks in accordance with insider trading laws.
The price, amount, and sales dates must be specified in advance and determined by a formula or metrics.
Both the seller and the broker making the sales must not have access to any material nonpublic information (MNPI).


So either he anticipated a FDA decision sooner or he hedged not knowing what the decision would be...

Interestingly, the Advisory committee ruled on March 14th and this plan was placed on February 20th. My guess he was hedging on a negative vote from the Advisory committee.

Probably a good buy opportunity after the morning flush...Perhaps another down draft to 3.80's before we head back to over $4.

I got about 40 total….a lot of June 21 …..July 19….some in sept. 20……January of 2025 and January of 2026…..put a lot in the June 21 assuming June 16 fda gives approval….the January 2025 and 2026 I’m playing a buyout ……rumors they turned down a $10 a share BO a while ago….dont know if that is true or not….I have a lot of Maia shares there stock ran up on rumors and then sold off on news today…..fearing Gern might do the same

If the stat's of phase 3 were 50/50, I would have to agree. But with the final numbers along with the majority of phys panel giving the ok, I feel very comfortable. We will know within 10 days, and if today's volume (along with the give back,🤣) is any sign (15M) I'd say your safe. Don't think we'll be hearing from Missy again, 🤣. That's why I love following them clowns.

I got a large amount of call options…..waiting and hoping for fda approval…..but the old buy on rumors sell on news is making me very nervous on GERN

We are getting very close to FDA announcement so hopefully we continue to have days like today.

I hope we get to 4.50 - 5.00 by that time. Then a big bounce perhaps and then we settle around 6 until BO which should happen by September, IMO.


I would expect to see wild fluctuations once approval is in hand. I've seen that type of action in previous Bio's, so perhaps trading a portion of holdings would be good move.

To be honest, I find degenerates like him, very profitable. When I see someone with no skin in the game, constantly bash a stock, it's time to bye. I started with 10k on avg of $2.48 (thru a friend). As it went down and constant reminder from him, I finally ended up with 12k more @ avg of $1.87. if he adds them up, he'll see where I sit, even without the FDA decision, 🤣
