very quiet so far!!
yep bid is up ticking!!!
thanks uranium-pinto-beans! this one looks very nice with it's miniscule o/s
looking strong on level 2 this morning
.025 x .03
welcome rollin_in_the_db7 as a new mod here!!!
Well, we're starting off today with almost 30 boardmarks. Interest here is growing!
Could GVEC be the next goldenberg shell to r/m?
A post taken from the goldenberg shell board here on ihub

These Goldenberg Shells and the mergers behind them are really starting to pick up the pace in both the number and frequency of their filings. Several more RM's appear to be coming this month imho.
The chart below shows what GVEC was trading at when it was not a shell, which I think was up until Feb 2001.
In my opinion the chart gives an indication of what this stock could be trading at if it were to r/m with a reputable company. Over $1 is a possiblity, but once again pure speculation. The o/s of 3,785,000 is what makes me tingle! LOL!
nice to see you here too NC! I'm going to try and get a few tomorrow am. I only bought a small piece on Friday at $.025 $.023 in the am on Friday. The ask then came down to $.23 again wish I got more there. Hopefully some cheapies are left tomorrow am!
The low o/s here makes this one a great r/m candidate IMO! If you look at other shells with an o/s this low they are trading at much higher levels.
I'm still searching around for info on this one, but my mind has turned to jello this weekend.
uranium, nice to see you here...looks like your a busy person...I'm in tomorrow...NC
Looks intresting a little volume and we could see a 10+ bagger no problem. glta
funny to see you here lol
Frankly, that is what attracts me to GVEC over all of Goldenberg's other shells.
IMO, it's not a question of if this will do a reverse merger, just a matter of when. If you check out his recent activity, it sure doesn't look like we'll have to wait long.
Looking forward to Tuesday.
not to mention the low o/s here 3.75 million shares!!!!
Boardmarks are goin' up. Looks like interest is just starting here.
I've got an email in to Goldenberg...hoping for good news.
There is a common sense factor here though, IMO...
1. He reactivates 15 shells in May
2. At least 4 of those 15 are well on their way to a successful reverse merger and fully operating company status
3. That means there's 11 left...
4. So, he's gotten 4 done in about 3 months (that we know of anyway)
5. But that was summertime, so let's say he averages 6 every 3 months...
6. By this time next year, the other 11 shells will no longer be shells.
What do you guys think of this evaluation? Have a great weekend!
Hey, it's 11:58PM CST and we're the number 2 board on iHub!
As long as we don't go to #1, I'm happy! Looking forward to Tuesday.
Been reading that board since it started, nice compilation. Let's hope Brian stays really busy, heh heh.
Chances are good here. Brian is systematically turning all his beautiful little shells into completely new and fully operating companies through reverse mergers. He's got 15. Look at his progress so far:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=10333
Are we next on his list?
IMO, we have a particularly lovely share structure too.
Cool, thanks for your work, I just bought a tad of this last week just in case lol ... will try to dig up more of interest this weekend maybe (if I don't melt, too hot here, ugh).
Looks like GVEC held several patents. I've got an email in to Brian Goldenberg. I'll let everyone know what I find out.
Of course, I may have to let everyone know AFTER I load up!
DD should have its rightful rewards. Right?
Applicants:
GENETIC VECTORS, INC. [US/US]; Suite 100 5201 W. 77th Avenue Miami, FL 33166 (US) (All Except US).
MCCABE, Mead, M. [US/US]; Suite 100 5201 W. 77th Avenue Miami, FL 33166 (US) (US Only).
HENDERSON, Raymond [US/US]; Suite 100 5201 W. 77th Avenue Miami, FL 33166 (US) (US Only).
Inventors:
MCCABE, Mead, M. [US/US]; Suite 100 5201 W. 77th Avenue Miami, FL 33166 (US).
HENDERSON, Raymond [US/US]; Suite 100 5201 W. 77th Avenue Miami, FL 33166 (US).
Not sure how these work, the applicants all jointly own the patent by default? I guess it could be that the individuals were employees and signed over their rights.
Even more unclear to me is what happens if someone buys the GVEC shell, can we assume the patent rights were negotiated as part of the shell buyout (either the patent rights are included or specifically excluded in the sale)?
Heck, where is our patent attorney, lol ...
As I was doing DD, it looks as if they bought out SEVERAL companies over the years.
They also LOI'd to buy ut BioQuest, not sure if that happened:

Alright, I've got an email into him.
Have a good weekend everyone!
More about our man, Brian Goldenberg...there is also an email address for him if you want to try and get the skinny on our gem.

Could Goldenberg now own these patents?
Richard H Tullis, Ph.D.
Dr. Tullis has extensive biotechnology management and research experience, and is the founder of Syngen Research, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aethlon Medical, Inc. Dr. Tullis became a Vice President and Director of Aethlon Medical, Inc. in January of 2000, and succeeded Dr. Clara M. Ambrus as Chief Scientific Officer in June of 2001. Previously, Dr. Tullis co-founded Molecular Biosystems, Inc., a former NYSE company. At Molecular Biosystems, Dr. Tullis was Director of Research and Development, Director of Oligonucleotide Hybridization, Senior Research Scientist and Member of the Board of Directors. In research, Dr. Tullis developed and patented the first application of oligonucleotides to antisense antibiotics and developed new methods for the chemical synthesis of DNA via methoxy-phosphorochloridites. Dr. Tullis also co-developed the first applications of covalently coupled DNA-enzyme conjugates using synthetic oligonucleotides during his tenure at Molecular Biosystems. In 1985, Dr. Tullis founded, and served as President and CEO of Synthetic Genetics, Inc., a pioneer in custom DNA synthesis, which was sold to Molecular Biology Resources in 1991. Dr. Tullis also served as interim-CEO of Genetic Vectors, Inc., which completed its IPO under his management, and was co-founder of DNA Sciences, Inc., a company that was eventually acquired by Genetic Vectors. Dr Tullis received his Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from the University of California at San Diego, and has done extensive post-doctoral work at UCSD, USC, and The Scripps Research Institute.

In addition, he served as a founding board of directors member of BioFlorida and is a current member of the state's biotechnology trade organization. Prior to Genetic Vectors, Mr. McCabe was with Merrill Lynch as a financial consultant. He has a dual MBA in International Business and Finance from the University of Miami, Florida.
*PLEASE COMMENT*
It looks like Genetic Vectors patented at least one important technology: it is a procedure to measure trace amounts of DNA. I wonder who now holds this patent?

This has the lowest O/S of all the Goldenberg shells. I think it would be wise to hold onto a piece of this puppy for future R/M action. He has already successfully R/M'ed at least 2 of the shells he activated this past May. It looks like he's in git 'er done mode.
See this board for more details: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=10333
Go GVEC!
I updated the ibox with an image of the recent reinstatement filing...
Unreal. I'd be happy with it's past highs!
Let's see, $8.50 a share...
I'll post some DD in my next few posts...
ill keep looking see what i can find...
i think that is a withdrawal of an SB2 or some dilutive filing where they registered shares of company stock. All that means (please correct me if I am wrong) is that they were withdrawing a prior registration of shares and no shares were sold.
