www.rockwellpetroleum.com is looking at going public in the next yr. Worth watching for IMO. They are going to start drilling on the portal in Osage WY this month. Also have plans of a 3rd and 4th in the Casper, WY are and Louisiana.
lets see if the oil comes out of the hole in rgno country,, this is the sleeper , everyone just about given up on this pick we , are well oversold ,, but no news could be good news,, have great weekend ,, south florida kicking west virginia butt,, ,,
Will do. Love Tensleep. I know lots of people from there.
Let me know what you think, maybe see you sometime when you pass thru TenSleep.
Recluse is up in the northern part of the state. Storm Cat's lease may even run right up to the border of MT. Lots of work N. of Rock Springs also. Big Piney, Pinedale etc.... Not sure if they are having the same pipeline problems. I know that man power is short everywhere in WY. 113 employment ads in the Gillette paper last time I looked. The boom has been a good one.
Is this the area just north of Rock Springs?I was in this area years ago.Equip and men shouldn't be a problem, how about pipeline cap?
Storm Cat is pretty active with their drilling in Recluse this fall. Looks like they plan on lots of business and they are in a good producing area.
Not too sure about the deal the Russians are working on. Lots of rumors around them. Russian organized crime is a dangerous thing. Ruthless and educated.
Price of gas will be very improved in Wyoming after the pipeline is finished. Transportation is an issue that few consider when investing in energy companies.
Current pipe lines in WY are full and there are wells with gas waiting to be shipped. Short term problem.
The energy in Campbell County Wyoming is huge. I've heard that if the county was it's own country that it'd be the 3rd largest energy producer in the world.
Things are leveling off but there is lots of work and money going around.
Out of posts and will catch everyone later. Have a good weekend.
That is fantastic news! What pricing do you think we will get when the pipeline is up and running?
What are your thoughts on the Natural gas cartel that the Russians are trying to put together?
Regions Oil and Gas Makes Initial Payment on Acquiring Acreage Block With Potential $250 Million of Recoverable Oil
Friday September 21, 12:48 pm ET
DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Regions Oil & Gas (Pink Sheets:RGNO - News) announced today they have made an initial payment towards acquiring a 620 acre block located in located in West Texas. Regions and their team estimate this acreage block contains up to 4 Million barrels of recoverable oil. At today's prices, that is over $250 million in gross revenue.
This Acreage has never been explored and shows all of the geologic characteristics of a major field discovery located directly to the east of this block.
"It has been a challenge to get this lease done. Our plan was to lock up as much land in the immediate area as we could, and it looks like we have succeeded. If the potential is what we think, we do not want anyone coming in after we drill and taking advantage of our hard work. There are multiple land and mineral owners, so to get all of the land we wanted took some time. But we are right on track and I remain very excited about this play and am looking forward to drilling," stated Jerry Griggs, CEO.
About Regions Oil & Gas, Inc.: Regions Oil & Gas Corporation ("Regions" or the "Company") was formed to initiate, manage, acquire, supervise and operate oil and gas ventures and to otherwise engage in the oil and gas industry and exploration business. You snuck in and got the first post! I'll check and see what I can find out about Storm Cat. I know their leases here are good ones. They are caught in the same deal as other companies.
The price of gas in WY is $2.13 and mcf (last I checked). 30% below the national average. The leg of the 24" pipeline running to Ohio that will be completed next yr. will help. The project will be finished in 2009.
Gas prices may look a bit rough here in WY but those transportation problems are being addressed and alleviated. The product is here in quantity and quality.
Virgin board!
We own SCU does anyone know much about them. I could use more information.
Big Cat is dropping where is the bottom? Any info on that would be nice.
ALRY should see a move next week!
