I rather like this statement;If everything goes as planned they will do little or non dilution imo. Ai is a very hot sector for making profit in short amount of time ! From 1k; over the past 12 months, management has been engaged in researching and developing two new lines of business focused on engineered services in the areas of “waste to energy” and industrial security applications. It is expected that in 2023, the Company will introduce a new division and branding to effectively derive revenue and ultimately profitable operations.

If I look at the daily and hourly chart of the last three months I see patterns of management buying up shares ( downtrend with volume lots of red candles),because they are only allowed to buy @ the bid .
