? Why would you post this? GSAC has disclosed everything in compliance. The OTCM is currently synchronizing with RTT in the recently purchased Edgar filing system and that should be done soon... 'Yikes' is a very uninformed post, I know you are better than that. BTW Hi! I believe we're in a couple plays together, hopefully OTC gets their you know what together soon, of course that's based on changing 'regulations'... This is the time to accumulate those OTC companies to benefit in the unforeseeable future. RGLG is in a position too but it hasn't been disclosed yet on their real debt... For those who aren't surprised when the TA does update, as of the last filing for Dec 31 2022, the OS was 621,860,636. The most recent update as of May 2nd, was 1,036,586,522. Now we just need distinction as to the recent activity on the restricted vs unrestricted to quantify the OS amount. We should get the TA updates soon. I just called them again, since I got a response from both the IR and the CEO. The PPS right now is a gift. Hoping to get an updated PR as well, per communication with the IR this morning. Who the hell knows when but at least I put some oil on the wheels this morning.

These prices are pure gifts . IMO , when news and update starts to hit , in this sector , we have at minimum a penny runner here. Potential is obviously higher but it all depends on the outcomes of their projects

Sure, the email was rather lengthy but here's a thesis:

1. First and foremost - we will remain in compliance
Regarding 'shell badge', we have never been a shell, we are following up with resolve. Adding: financial statements via SEC’s EDGAR, we bypass the OTC disclosure form
(He did not know that OTCM had purchased Edgar filing system last November from the SEC)

2. The TA, the table shown on OTCM is direct feed from the TA's system
(My mention of the TA's lack of updating was new information, I will call them again)

3. Passing a PCAOB audit on the first try should ease some of the red flags, which we will be able to resolve

4. Any questions about news and updates, the IR process does respond. The IR's email is [e-mail]

I spoke with a DUOT affiliate today. They're literally busy as hell. GSAC topic was breached too. Also called the TA... Hopefully this GSAC startup communicates with shareholders soon... Not sure who wants to hold though lol Obviously some bailed this morning. The accumulation shows it isn't dilution. This had some attention last year, and the company went silent until March... is what it is... But I did make some noise this morning, but who the hell really knows when they will appropriately disseminate an update.
