I think $20 an hour is reasonable when you realize you have to figure in overhead like workman's comp and liability insurance and hopefully health insurance. There is also a lot of talk about raising the minimum wage. It's a working figure.
Also the term "wheelchair pusher" seems denigrating. They have to make sure the person eats, gets dressed, gets meds, deal with temper tantrums. Sometimes they even have to administer injections and bandage swollen limbs. It is not an easy job.
I would never dishonor the important work of caregivers tending to our aging parents. That is why GOSY's many inventions are so important to me and GOSY's 1300+ shareholders. No doubt those that do not put family first, frequently mock GOSY for working hard for many years to improve family life. Now isn't GOSY's proprietary robotics tech impressive?
George MacLeod is hiding out in the UK and leaving Wallace to fend for himself. Wallace needs to wake up and smell the coffee, IMO. He is the one who will have to defend the illegal actions they have taken against GOSY.
NO
Pretty impressive, eh?
but the question remains; who has gosy contracted to produce 10's of thousands? who have the even talked to?
Doesn't $20.00/HR seem like a made up number for a wheelchair pusher?
Caregiver Salary
Most Caregivers in the United States are women. The median pay for people in this role is approximately $10.07 per hour.
Compensation ranges between $8.22 per hour and $14.88. This group's pay is mainly influenced by the specific employer,
followed by the particular city and experience level. The majority of Caregivers claim high levels of job satisfaction.
Medical benefits are awarded to about one in six, and close to an eighth earn dental coverage.
This overview is based on answers to PayScale's salary questionnaire.
lol. who is manufacturing these 10's of thousands of scambots?
I don't see how the CEO would benefit from what you are claiming.
No way this is eight years old!
Spencer only tweeted this in the last month.
This is Fantastic news for caregivers deserving a living wage!
Tens of thousands of CareBots to be sold by GOSY!
Didn't GOSY PR recently that they sold only one for over a $100K? Wow-
Bet Wallace will whine he doesn't believe it unless he can be Donald Duck's Uncle Scrooge and count the bills and change in his "money bin."
ROTFLMAO-
spencer would rather talk about eight year old papers than his failure to produce revenue. And he certainty does not want to talk about his fraudulent 2013 financials. We'll soon know whether the latest claims about a licensing deal are true or not. If not, I believe SHs will do whatever is necessary to have an honest and competent CEO.
I said your belief that Wallace and Macleod are using NITE to hold down the share price is a fairy tale. Your tech only has value if someone wants to buy it. We've seen the charts and videos for years. we need to see revenue. Because thus far, revenue has been a fairy tale as well.
Looks like Wallace and his UK co-conspirator, George MacLeod, are using NITE to hold GOSY's pps down. Aren't they scoundrels?
Looks like spencer still believes in fairy tales.
Yep. Wallace isn't very smart. He's actually a moron and terrible lawyer. All he did was obtain a $100,000 judgment against gosy and caused 30% of the stock to be sold for $1,000. Good thing he's not smart. Imagine what he could have done if he was.
Here's what I don't understand. How could someone as dumb as Wallace force the sale of 30% of the company for $1,000 when the company was represented by a brilliant lawyer?
spencer better be telling the truth this time about the licensing deal. If he's lying, the moron lawyer Wallace will make sure it's the last time spencer lies.
Except that Wallace hasn't ever been a practicing lawyer. Yeah, he's done some odd jobs for Daddy, but he never had the brains or ambition to actually have his own career.
So only "practicing" lawyers can represent clients? One of the "odd jobs" for daddy resulted in a $4.2 million verdict against I-R for contract breach.
Still can't explain why no PR from Japan? There better be a signed deal this time. SHs won't tolerate any more lies.
August 4th. Tic Toc.
Except that Wallace hasn't ever been a practicing lawyer. Yeah, he's done some odd jobs for Daddy, but he never had the brains or ambition to actually have his own career.
Dumping a bunch of toxic waste in the middle of a residential area and calling it a golf course doesn't count...
Isn't Leinwand a member of the FL bar but not GA. And yet he "misrepresents" himself as gosy's counsel. How is that possible? Shouldn't gosy hire a GA lawyer who can legally represent them? How could spencer have allowed this illegal representation?
Or is perfectly legal for a lawyer from FL to represent a GA company? Just as it's perfectly legal for a lawyer from NY to represent a FL resident. Just not in court.
Still waiting for an explanation on the lack of PR from Japan. Will we have to wait for Gouge to explain it?
The Court filing shows a letter where Wallace misrepresented himself as his mother's attorney in a state where he's not eligible to practice law. Amazing!
Wallace is a member of the FL bar. Oops. And he was not representing his mother in litigation. He was not required to be a member of the Fl Bar to send a letter on her behalf to Leinwand. I assume Wallace was the family attorney and had every ethical and legal right to state that he was her lawyer.
And of course, the documents were not forgeries. If they were, Gouge would have objected. He never did. It was EIGHT years ago. marty is just now whining about it.
SHs don't care about a lawsuit eight years ago that spencer lost. They care about spencer who has a fiduciary duty to them, telling them the truth. We'll soon find out if he's lied again. If he has, whining about eight year old papers will not be a useful defense.
I'm not sure if Neil had the best interests of the share holders in mind when he contacted Daya.
Daya walked away from a multi-million business because of something Wallace said? Sure. I'm guessing it's because of something spencer said or did. I doubt Daya cared about something a disgruntled former employee said.
Still waiting for an explanation as to why no PR from the Japanese licensee. (allegedly)
Wallace contacted the partner and torpedoed the relationship.
Nonsense, but even if true, it doesn't explain the deliberate fraud committed by spencer in the filing. He said he received the revenue and had cash on hand. You're saying he never did because of Wallace.
I don't care what the reason is for his fraud. It's still fraud.
And what could Wallace have done to dissuade Daya from partnering with the world class tech? spencer always blames someone else for his failures. But his financials were false and he knew it.
I'm not sure if Neil had the best interests of the share holders in mind when he contacted Daya. Same could be said with his motion on Aug. 4th.
Wow, look at those forgeries by Wallace! His illegal activities revealed by GOSY helps shareholders better understand what Spencer and his company have been subjected to. The Court filing shows a letter where Wallace misrepresented himself as his mother's attorney in a state where he's not eligible to practice law. Amazing!
Wallace contacted the partner and torpedoed the relationship.
It sure ain't spencer's version
Statement of Income (loss)
For the Year ending June 30, 2013
Revenues $750,000
Expenses 189,706
Net profit Before Taxes $560,294
What happened to all that money?
Feds asking Tesla for answers...
Two minutes with no steering is OK, can't believe it!!!
Another incident:
I think the reason why the pps didn't move much is because there's been no verification of the alleged licensing agreement. We will know in 2-3 weeks if the agreement is real. If it isn't, spencer will have a lot of "splaining to do."
It's fortunate the SHs have someone fighting for the truth.
That's why GeckoSystems has a safety clause in their NDA. They understand how dangerous robots can be. One can see from their many videos how the CareBot and Safepath wheelchair stops immediately when someone or something is in the way. Good work by GOSY's engineers!
SHs are tired of hearing how great the tech is. spencer has announced a licensing agreement that will generate revenues and make gosy "net profitable." Wallace is seeking a copy of this agreement and as a creditor he is entitled to see it.
If there is no agreement or if it will not generate revenues, spencer will have to explain it in an uncomfortable legal venue. He lied about Daya. That was his one bite of the apple. He won't get a second without consequences.
The fact that there has been no public statement from the alleged licensee raises serious questions. IMO
2003 video of kid teasing the robot:

2003 video from GOSY timeline - this robot would not have run over a child, look at the small objects in the floor!

First Tesla - now Knightscope. Machine vision FAILS!
100+ videos over 15+ years on GOSY's website!
And zero revenue. Let's hope that changes.

Which one(s) is(are) your favorite(s)?
. . . Greetings all! . . . Wonderful to be here to applaud GOSY's great work!
The August 4th motion is on the docket. 2 PM in Courtroom 2 at Kent Co. Courthouse. Still no answers? Not a surprise. Making stuff up is a talent spencer and his supporters have.
GOSY had to have been public for the Wallaces buy stock, LOL!
Exactly. Glad you agree with me. Wallace could not have asked his parents to buy stock before the reverse merger. Then 18 months later the Wallace sued spencer when he tried to stiff them. Instead of settling, spencer hired a lawyer, then lost 30% of the company. Brilliant decision. LOL!!
Not on the docket - what is your source?
Excellent question because that makes no sense. GOSY had to have been public for the Wallaces buy stock, LOL! We also see how Wallace immediately started abusing the judicial system.
Different agreement being sought. More legal fees for spencer. Yawn?

CIVIL MOTION HEARING 04-AUG-2016
02:00 PM SCK COURTROOM 2 1ST FL (SMALL) SUPERIOR CT KENT COUNTY FREUD, ANDREA M
LOL! Then how did Wallace recommend that his parents invest in the ISHO/Big Apple debacle?
His parents bought shares in the public company after the reverse merger. Duh. And it was spencer who asked Wallace to get his parents to invest. Wallace had never heard of Big Apple. spencer and macleod collaborated on that scam.
Still can't answer either question? Cite one fact Wallace collaborated with Macleod on ProDem, whatever ProDem is?
Why has there been no PR from Japanese company?
LOL! Then how did Wallace recommend that his parents invest in the ISHO/Big Apple debacle?
GeckoSystems didn't go public till the S-1 but the Wallaces invested in the Big Apple scam, the following makes no sense.
Huh?
McCambridge v. Bishop.
Date: December 30, 2009
Docket Number: 09C-02-030
http://law.justia.com/cases/delaware/superior-court/2009/
Motion to compel Ms. Sims to answer discovery is scheduled for court tomorrow. She is a defendant in the RICO lawsuit. Will she expose Wallace as the ringleader in the racketeering activities against GOSY?
Or will she state she has never met Wallace and has no knowledge of spencer's ridiculous allegations? Then what will marty do? Get a Ouija board and depose Harold Wallace?
Still no answer to my question as to why no PR from the alleged Japanese licensee?
What court and what action is generating this motion to compel?
DE Superior Court 09C-02-030
It was hooking GeckoSystems up with an abusive MM for an S-1 that was a continuation of the con. Burt Martin Arnold - I've posted the SEC & FINRA disciplinary record recently.
But no evidence Wallace had anything to do with this.
Wallace also collaborated with MacLeod on the ProDec scam.
Cite one verifiable fact that Wallace was involved. More nonsense.

Consumer Market Our focus is family care for the elderly, chronically ill, and children. What does it do? Let's you remotely see how they are doing using the onboard wireless webcam and ability to automatically follow Grandma or little Johnny. Should Grandma, or Johnny, not respond to our CareBot's™ inquiries, you, or other designated caregivers would be contacted by GeckoChat™ immediately by phone. Professional Healthcare Market Our focus is making nurses more efficient and productive with less work by them. What's it do? Enables nurses to video conference doctors in for more timely diagnosis of patients while carrying all the specialized supplies and equipment the IV or wound care nursing specialists might need. At night the MSR can deliver bed pans, medications, even take vital signs, etc. to those in need while the night shift nurses are busy with a crisis on their wing or floor. Commercial Security Market Our focus is dramatically improving surveillance in our post 9/11 world at lower cost and greater efficacy than human guards. For example, human guards would tire quickly hauling WMD detection systems. Our SecurityBot™ MSR's do not. Defense Industry Our MSR's can explore urban dwellings while looking for human inhabitants --automatically-- without any human invention or control. This can save lives by placing our troops back one step from an unforeseen ambush. | ||||||
