I’m not 100% on that. You can always sell a shell. I have one stock from January(scie)that went to grey market. The pps in my account still shows book value at .0001. I haven’t tried to sell it because I don’t own a lot just hoping it gets bought out and brought back to pink sheets. I do think garb is a real company but not sure what there gonna do. It’s yet to be seen what happens after the 28 as this is new to all of us. It makes more sense to them to buy all these 1 and 2 over last few months and then file they will be rich when it runs. It makes no sense for them not file and watch there stock die? Unless there broke and can’t get a loan to buy shares at 1? Lol. It’s pretty simple. It’s never been this easy to make millions imo. The shell could be sold and revived otherwise yeh tax write off, but nothing is ever done in Wild Wild West. Shell usually sells for 100k or so depending on a few factors. Maybe lesss or more these days
