ROTFLMFAO! There is some serious profit taking here today after the runup yesterday. This major pullback was to be expected. The huge spike up early yesterday was solely the result of the huge social media frenzy of Bullshit and hype over this past weekend out of reddit/WSB/Stonk/APES, etc., coming off the announcement of the preferred APE shares dividend over at AMC.
Scaretactics by SHFs, some short attack, (well, yawn, we are used to it) here is my MOASS plan, not for me personally but for cowards or lets better say, friendly: for cautious people. So, if 500 or 1000usd is your lifechanging money you can sell when ever you want! Just my 2 cents: 1. after selling, leave at least 100 shares on the table, you never know! 2. if 1000/share is reached and just 10% or even 20% of counterfeit shares have been covered, why not wait a bit longer for first sells, thats still absolutely safe! (billions more to be bought back) For me, no special price exists in my mind, i'll START selling after 2 bill shares have been bought back! prevents me from selling cheap AND holding a bad bag, if too high expectations.
I am not sure I agree that Gamestop fundamentals are stronger than AMAZON. It's like comparing an insect to an elephant. I am a Gamestop shareholder and not Amazon shareholder so I welcome your false sense of enthusiasm. To me Gamestop is a money making stock play nothing more.
If you've been doing your research on what web 3.0 even is, and the business dominance that GameStop has in this field, then you'll know why this is like buying Amazon in 1997. Yet, GameStop has a five-star application, a web 3.0 historic Marketplace monopoly, a Web 2.0 website with the highest rate of growth of revenue out of retailers in America including Amazon, as well as having brick and mortar stores that are extremely fun to shop in and play games in. But it's their product expansion that's what's very important here.
So, although you think that a temporary short squeeze is a good time to sell, you might be mistaken. You should be watching the market cap. There are reasonable estimates that GameStop will not only take over Amazon, but it will force them into bankruptcy.
Just look up the newly approved GMERICA trademark and you'll see what I mean. GameStop will be a metaverse market but for all items. They'll also have Blockbuster, but virtually. And globally.
We are talking games, toys, clothes, movies, everything, where people worldwide buy everything. The infrastructure is already here.
When you combine the historic nft Marketplace that GameStop has, and the fact that they're already regulating a new type of market, then you'll be comfortable holding until 2030.
Remember dear APE friends and co owners of AMC and GME Companies. If you want the MOASS to happen now is the most important time to HOLD, HOLD, HOLD your AMC & GME shares till you see life changing money prices. Then I give you permission to sell and change your life. Please be patient, this runnup has only started and I expect to see it continue for the foreseeable future (many weeks to come). I expect the MOASS will show its face soon when we cross the $100 pps price. I am not sure if it will happen before or after the APE shares are in our accounts. Just hold, the reason AMC & GME are ripping now is because the brokers, HFs, and MMs are panicing and desparate to get out of their short positions because they know they will not be able to meet the dividend mandate put by AMC & GME Cos. They know they have to deliver AMC & GME stock dividends to their short stock loaners and they are unable to do so. They know they committed major fraud by creating counterfeit/synthetic shares of AMC, GME, and many other stock tickers in the markets. They will fight like hell and deny ever counterfeiting AMC & GME shares. This is the expected human behavior to come.
HOLD, HOLD, HOLD Wait for the target to be in your cross hairs and then pull the trigger on your price for life changing money. Whatever your price is, do not give up on your dream. It is now becoming a reality thanks to AA and AMC management team and RC and the GME management team. They know this APE dividend and GME stock dividends are the kings of all Catalysts and we should use them wisely.

Do your homework, and don't come crying to me when you get liquidated as low as $1,000.00 per share. I think GameStop is worth a lot more than that, so I am happy with my shares DRS'd with the transfer agent.

2nd paragraph, page 16: "If a depository for a series of securities is at any time unwilling, unable or ineligible to continue as depository and a successor depository is not appointed by us within 90 days, we will issue individual securities of such series in exchange for the global security representing such series of securities. In addition, we may, at any time and in our sole discretion, subject to any limitations described in the applicable prospectus supplement relating to such securities, determine not to have any securities of such series represented by one or more global securities and, in such event, will issue individual securities of such series in exchange for the global security or securities representing such series of securities."
So, first things first: as you know, the DTCC fraudulently issued a counterfeit split (splitting each share into 4) instead of authorizing a stock dividend like they were supposed to. This already triggers the 90 days. What this means is that there is the possibility that DRS will become the only real shares. GameStop can do away with all DTCC shares in brokerages. You'll want to DRS... trust me.
There are few, if any, actual/real shares available in brokerages. They're mostly fake IOUS. Once a bit more of those synthetics become DRS'd, then all "shares" remaining with brokers will be certified to be counterfeit.
DRS is already 55% locked with the GameStop float, and now it could be at two thirds. This will create demand >>>>>>>>> supply. Prices have to go up, but there will be no shares available. Brokerages can be liquidated at will, without the broker having to explain themselves. Each share in computershare.com, directly registered, at that point will be worth more than a two carats platinum diamond engagement ring.
I do not have the kind of patience you do. I want the MOASS to be here for AMC/GME now this week. I am not going to sit on my thumbs for the next year or two. I will never for 1 second give up my ability to exit the GME/AMC stock in under 10 secons. Thats what I have now with Fidelity and Ameritrade. The DRS route is for old folks going to nursing home to trade stocks. The MOASS was not intended for nursing home patients. It requires the ability to enter/exit a stock within a few seconds. Crawling out of AMC/GME is a tragic financial mistake. I do not believe my broker will prevent me from selling my AMC/GME shares at the price of my chosing. After all they took away the BUY button, they did not take away the SELL button. Right now I just want to be able to exit/sell my AMC/GME shares at a very high price. Nothing more. You can be bagholder and be proud on how great AMC/GME companies are. How much money are they giving you to use your money and for you to hold their shares???? Shareholders are bagholders plain and simple. I come from the same school Teddy Zann comes from. Make the big bucks and move on. Yes, I can come back on a sympathy plan and buy a few thousand shares after the prices falls back to these levels. But I want life changing money in my bank account first. Get it?
The point is, GameStop is a great long-term investment. The best Amazon talent already jumped ship over to GameStop. So, anybody directly registering their shares is a testament to their long term belief in the company.
Read the terms of service at your brokerage. When brokers are offering computershare holders ten thousand plus per share, because brokers *liquidated* your account's shares at will *without your awareness*, you'll understand why you would want to be in computershare.com
If squeezes happen along the way, that's good. It just strengthens the company.
Although I do believe that there will be another squeeze here (August-Sept), possibly bigger than the first, I don't plan on selling until 2030. Look at GameStop's rate of increase of sales. It's #1 in the world. The trademark GMERICA will be bringing back names like blockbuster, toysrus, radioshack, etc, all in one metaverse store. Not to mention GameStop possibly having a monopoloy on NFT markets.
I'm NOT missing the moment when Amazon goes bankrupt because of GameStop's web3.0, web2.0, application-based, and brick-and-mortar collective dominance.
OK. What happens when the MOASS comes and GME/AMC stock is at high price say ($30,000) and you call your DRS broker and they tell you it will take them 3 to 5 days to execute a sell order. By the time your sell is filled you have missed the peak and AMC/GME is trading under $100 again. Where is your life changing money then? People know your priority, whats most important protecting your AMC/GME voting rights and allowing the brokers, MMs, HFs commit fraud against you and steal a piece of your stock value hour by hour, day by day. I am sure most APES are tired of being bagholders. You can move your shares and be bagholder and miss on life changing sell order money because the DRS broker (Mr. McGoo) takes a lifetime to complete your sell order. Do you really want to be in that situation and be paralyzed from the neck down with your GME/AMC shares? When you have to move fast with your sell orders when the MOASS is here. Its just plain stupidity to move your shares to DRS broker can not close a fill order within a few seconds. If you dont believe me, call your DRS broker and ask them, "What the timeframe to get a sell order executed/filled once they are asked to do so?" and see what they tell you. People think beyond the end of your nose and make decisions that a good chess player would make. Do not become emotional and start moving your shares from one broker to another because someone on social networking site told you to do it to protect your ownership of your GME/AMC shares. Think before you act and see if its the best situation for you. I have no intention in being an AMC/GME bagholder for the next 50 years. Waiting for the MOASS that never comes. Just like what we the APES have seen for the past 2 years. If AA gives us an opportuinity to Squeeze the living daylights out of the short position holders that should be above and beyond anything else we do. Focus on the target and not wonder, what happens if AA dilutes the company with the APE shares. If he can pay off the debt, that makes the stock worth more money. Do you really think we the APES really care if we have voting rights or not.

The criminal corruption in the so called “fair market” has been going on for a very long time. It’s just now beginning to show how deep it has been and who’s been involved!!
DTCC has indirectly confessed that there are billions of counterfeit GME shares out in the market and in your accounts. That is why they did not give you your dividend split shares from GM Co but just told your brokers to commit fraud and duplicate/counterfeit your shares into 4 for 1 regular split using the same CUSIP ID numbers of your existing shares.
In other words, DTCC TOLD ALL THE BROKERS TO COMMIT FRAUD BY COUNTERFEITING YOUR SHARES IN YOUR ACCOUNT TO ADDRESS THE 4 FOR 1 GME DIVIDEND STOCK SPLIT MANDATE.
Once you sell your duplicated/counterfeit shares you will unknowingly contribute to the circulation of counterfeit GME shares into the open stock market. This is a system of crime thats been going on now for 100 years. Think about how criminal the DTCC, HF, BROKERS are all playing this hidden game of master fraud. We are being setup in this fraud big time. With the GME and AMC dividends the fraud is being exposed big time now.
OUR CEOS HAVE DEALT A MASTER BLOW TO THESE INSTITUTIONS COMMITTING THIS FRAUD FOR A LONG TIME. THEY ARE ALL NOW "CHECK MATTED". THEIR DAYS AS RELIABLE AND TRUST WORTHY INSTITUTIONS IS QUICKLY COMING TO AN END.
On AUG. 22 APE ape shares will trade because the shorting HFs (Shitadel, and other HFs) and many institutions are holding AMC shares. I estimate they have about 100M AMC shares. Some of these people are also short position holders like Shitadel. Yes this will give MMs ammunition to counterfeit APE shares. But short position holders can not close their shorts with counterfeit AMC shares. They can only do it with our real AMC shares that have a unique CUSIP ID number. If we hold our AMC shares there simply will not be enough AMC shares in the market to close all 20B NAKED shorted shares. If we hold all our AMC shares and APE shares those holding short positions will mathematically be fried in Crisco oil big time. As I have been saying now for years.
Finally, the corruption in the HFs, MMs, DTCC, SEC days is quickly coming to an end. The DOJ, FBI, other GOV agencies will be involved in this scandal of our lifetime. Many heads will roll into prison from the corrupt organizations. The machinery of the entire market will come to a screeching halt. We will be paid our MOASS prices. All you guys have to is simply, "HOLD, HOLD, HODL, HODL" throughout these critical days.
