Called the # reflected on the 3rd Qtr Rpt (438-364-2277)and got an answering machine not even identifying the company. Just said to leave a message.
Another # reflected on the NET turned-out to be a guy in upstate NY. Said he was trying to get ahold of Gaensel to remove his #. Said he gets at least one phone call a day asking to speak to a rep.

Why PROTONSTAR, where they have invested 20 millions is no more in the filings is pretty strange as well!!!

The moment of truth is coming closer!!!

In about 10 days they are supposed to deliver the Q3 filing!!! But they still haven't submitted the attorney letter for 2022 and if that's not settled until than they probably further delay the Q3!!!

So why the holdup??? It's probably due to the new OTC guidelines for ALs which urge attorneys to check the status of companies much more thoroughly than before! The result might be that they have to ammend the Annual Report and Q1 and Q2 ONCE AGAIN and fill all the information gaps! How long this takes? No idea but don't hold your breath for a fast result!!!

The only conclusion one can draw is that this company is only good for one thing, and that's pulling the wool over stockholders eyes. Unfortunately I'm one of those shareholders.

Remember this 😆 20 million dollar investment in protonstar. VR STUDIOS was supposed to release gaming videos this past spring. Nothing on their website. They look to be a real company in Boston but nothing on their website regarding recent activities. Insane. Green energy consortium was a huge group of companies with millions of dollars of contracts. LNG contracts. I could go on and on. All those different companies/activities and no updates.
