At $1 pps, the market cap is still only $25M, it’s very cheap for Denunzio/Moody’s shell. $ALL* is another Moody/Denunzio, it just got granted last month and it has $97M mc already.

Can't believe this Moody/Denunzio shell is trading at under $9M market cap. It will definitely make a move up to $1 first thing in the morning and move to $2.

It's not old, it's 7 years ago, but still accurate, imo.
The last Q filed in 2013 and that 2.1M float was updated in 2014. The company was kind of dormant for several years. I don't think the SS has changed since then.

Looking at the trading volume for the past 5 years, the highest trading volume day was on June 22, 2021 with 1.35M and the 2nd highest is yesterday with 1.02M volume. So the Float is very tiny and it could still be 2.1M.
