A power shift in Africa, Europe and the US appears to be happening; it takes a while for large political systems to change. That being said, I think that there are not enough dollars to go around but friction in the market IS changing. Trading settlements have been accelerated and fees that create a return on equity in place of return on assets are being snipped and I haven't even touched on the August event for real estate in the US.
