My guess is that once BIEL becomes profitable via sales and/or licensing agreements they would have to payoff these convertible notes to secure larger institutional investors. Which will happen as long as the Whalens are guaranteed a big payout... and I'm ok with that because in that scenario we ALL win :)

The IBEX convertible notes make for some serious opinions as to what will happen with conversions. I have pondered mine over and over again and there is no doubt this can be seen as a bad OR good thing. With such a low stock price and what most of us believe, very effective products with immense potential, they are a prime candidate for a hostile takeover. Don't fool yourself into believing that the very low stock price we are seeing now is not the doings of one interested in such. Being on the pinkies with little regulation, it would not be hard for one with firepower to suppress the stock for accumulation. If IBEX (family) controls 51%, they can make that impossible. I think it is obvious what the negative would be for the rest of the stockholders. My question is this: Are the authorized shares that are available now, and the reason they were recently increased, for supplying the family's conversion of notes? That must be where they will get their conversion from, correct? If so, when all is said and done, the 'family' is in total power and control of our investment. Not a surprise to me at all since I always felt that we will profit from our investments ONLY when the 'family' (our CEO) allows us to. That is why I laugh at this being a publicly traded corporation. Really? More like a sole proprietorship.

Regarding BIEL's medical devices and their imminent success . . . .

I suspect there are very, very few "off-the-wall calls", to be made to BIEL management, in the future, as you suggest may happen.

Existing and prospective Shareholders of BIEL now generally know what the company has and are pleased and more confident than ever before about its amazing progress.

The press release in January about being added to the UK NHS Tariff on April 1 came to pass on schedule and as announced earlier, for all the world to see in the actual Tariff, nothing more to learn about that. >28 Million Brits with chronic pain and there have already been articles in the British media and websites this week on the news.

I do not want to know the current status of any discussions with any parties as to possible commercial relationships in the U.S., period, until those deals are inked and all parties concur on when to release such news and how. Experienced business people know that such announcements contain launch timing and marketing and sales targets and those are never addressed until foundation deals are made.

Every company I have been involved with, or know about, that has gone through an exhausting FDA drug approval or device clearance process, before going to market, and I have been involved in both processes, would see BIEL's journey as amazing! The brilliance of what has happened is that BIEL did not wait for the FDA to give the necessary clearances, foot, knee, back, general to go to market in the U.S. No, they went overseas, did deals in many countries and were added to the UK NHS health insurance coverage tariff on April 1! For what my opinion is worth, I applaud Andrew Whelan and his team at BIEL for this amazing accomplishment.

I was actually asked recently what the word 'now' means.
Now means the following:
1. ActiPatch listed on the UK NHS Tariff, now;
2. ActiPatch Back trial submission, requested by FDA under review, now;
3. Allay trial for dysmenorrhea underway, now;
4. Migraine trial, now;

Etc.
Etc.

So many nows 7Up . . . . too many to list. Bottom line is that wise investors know that BIEL is poised for great success now and it doesn't take a call to the company to know what's going on . . . .anything else is none of my business, at the moment - BIEL has business positions to protect and I am just not entitled to, nor do I want to know what they are . . . . is there anything else of importance to know?

I thought the 3 clearances were a bit odd with all of the talk about One Product does it All secured with K-Tape.

Definitely agree that 3 Clearances are better than one. The specific 'Back Product' being NHS may even facilitate our FDA Back Clearance.

Doesn't this boil down to IBEX having +50% share control via convertible notes, and in reality all current shareholders comprise less than half of the potential share count if the entire conversion takes place.

What's to prevent IBEX converting and selling ALL their shares over the next 10 years as the SP increases?

With larger investors knowing that 50% of the shares are still on sideline owned by IBEX, their $1000 investment immediately turns into $500 if IBEX decides to convert their notes... or am I missing something?

You are correct apart from the date when they can convert. The date is irrelevant as you observe the family will take cash. Average time a note is held by ibex is over 4 years and only converted when the company needs cash.

As you state though they could if A/s raised convert to stop hostile takeovers

Could someone please provide context around NOTE 7 – RELATED PARTY NOTES PAYABLE section which states "the corresponding shares to be issued on the conversion of these IBEX notes has

Does this mean IBEX can convert their loan to into 19.65 Billion shares on Dec 31?

I know IBEX is owned by Kelly Whelan so she presumably doesn't want to dilute the SP of BIEL considering it's all in the family... In that case, is the plan for BIEL to just pay off the note (once profitable) instead of IBEX converting the debt into shares?

If I'm speculating correctly, does anyone think they're using this financing strategy to prevent ia hostile takeover by interested parties buying up 50.1% of the shares? If someone did, IBEX could just follow up on the debt conversion, maintaining 50.1% between the Whelan clan... Any thoughts?

pinksheets has info out now for 2017. They did about 454K for Q4.

Total loss now at about 32 million over all these years. Last two years averaged about 500K per quarter....so don't know about the new tools lately talking about a 200K 4th Q for 2017. This next quarter must jump up to a million dollars, and Q2 2018 should hit 2 million...what we basically have done each of the past two individual years.

This stock in my opinion is worth at least .002 - .0025 TODAY. Buying at this level is almost like STEALING, with what's about to happen next week.

Imagine on Monday April 9th we get the green light from the FDA for the back and musculoskeletal OTC Clearance? I would hope the next day the distribution partnerships that may already be, "in the can", just waiting for this clearance to be announced? How much should we be worth at this point - .005 - .0065?

The only next hurdle will be on a date that was revised and verified by SRINSOCAL on April 23rd. I know all the BULL LONGS know whats up...

I undertook with a number of sources that I would not reveal what they shared.

I have also deliberately not bought, or sold, one share since, on the remote chance that what I know may be considered by some dreamer to be Insider Information. I don't believe it is in any way, but my assumptions, made from the info I excavated deeply for, are very revealing.

Let's just say I would love to pick up another 500 million shares, but don't need the aggravation of curiosity.

So, I can divulge what I want, as my DD is my work and no one else's, but I choose not to. I have not shared finer details of it with our group of GG&G, as an indicator to you of my respecting my commitment to others.

My posts, I believe, indicate my 'total confidence' . . . . explosion? Not a word I use lightly and difficult to define that, small, medium, large, life-changing, cataclysmic?

My conclusion? Too much happening that I was able to unearth and too much silence for there not to be very significant things unfolding . . . . The way they are marketing in the USA is to pack a 720 hour unit with a 7 day trial. Try the 7 day trial and if you don't like it return the unopened full unit and get a full refund. That is what I have read anyway. Otherwise not sure.

Now think about the number of pharmacies, clinics and hospitals that will form the pipeline of ActiPatch inventory for the UK.

Finally, please critique my earlier estimate a few days ago that it will take 100,000 ActiPatch devices to prime/fill the retail pipeline. Now presume that order has been filled and the goods are in the UK being distributed at this moment. Now add that to your sales figure including Spain in your post and what do you come up with? Other poster, please critique . . . .

It would be nice to see a the website updated before the launch. Allow me to explain why...

Imagine someone stumbles upon this technology and wants to do more DD for themselves. They start searching the internet, scour through all the pages of the website and don’t find any of this TIMELY information.

To much more to explain, but everybody should kinda understand this way of thinking. If they can’t afford to update their website, how do we expect to build from here with OLD INFO, or UNTIMELY INFO. Realistically, it shouldn’t unfold this way before this major revenue stream begins.

IMO, this can only help, and in a BIG way.

What NHS Launch?
The April 1st is just the day the updated list of thousands of products that can be prescribed goes into effect. The public have no idea that day exists and it certainly shouldn't be a day for BIEL to be launching anything unless they have all parts of the program in place.
We have been told they are working on a campaign either with a third party )(preferably) or direct. I would like a bit more details but am not getting worked up about it

I will see what is in the Annual report and it would be great if there was some form of shareholder "call" to tell us there plans. The most important hings is how close to being cash flow positive they are so they can finance campaigns from cash.
