Thanks fair,
I remember seeing it months ago but completely went out of my radar.. I will check one more time although I focus on Canadian companies for last while..
Cheers, CB
Hey CURIOUSBUILT check out WFMC plan. IPO s-1 coming soon price around 4 to 5 dollars share now 7 cent check. Out dd on board might be a good one imo
I hate those Stanford MBA's
I emailed Mike about the VP of Finance leaving, and apparently he was fired essentially for verbal abuse to other employees.
As of August 8th..
http://www.cnsx.ca/cmsAssets/docs/Filings/2014/2014_08_08_17_48_54_ATT_Form_11.pdf
He was never given stock options..he was never on board either. May be they had commission deal?
those options were given to CFO(edited)
What matters is main team is still here and not selling single share, and they added few more heavy weight players to board..
Thought I would post here instead of the ATTBF board because I am a bit troubled by the VP of Finance leaving. Don't want to feed the dog stains.
He was hired on August 8th. It is difficult to tell from PR how many share options he got, but the same PR said they gave out options at $0.48, exercisable within 5 years. He obviously doesn't think we will be significantly over that any time soon.

For those who are interested in insider activity in States.
I was inferring that he created an account to say that Abattis has just started the security check process. I know how you like conspiracy theories.
what's Nicky's new twitter account? :)
there are more but I can't find so far..
Ugh. Thanks, I guess :(

very nice questions.. I am getting nice variety of them already.. conference call would be so sweet :)
Curious - thanks for consolidating. Sorry I have no PM.
I'm sure my questions are not unique:
1. Main interest is an update into the non-marijuana market for BioCubes. Reference the "Sustainable Farming" article from Alternative Consumer website.
http://www.alternativeconsumer.com/2014/10/13/the-abattis-bioceuticals-biocube-system-the-future-of-sustainable-farming/
a. How many competitors, and why BioCube?
b. Does our license agreement with VDL / TerraSphere prevent us from crossing into the agriculture market?
2. Is the long term plan to take the CSL and combine with TrueLeaf and focus on Pharma market rather than " just growing"?
3. Any prospects at all for IPS?
4. Will PhytaLab start to "franchise" and become the nationwide leader in MMJ analysis?
5. Is there activity ongoing with US partner? What about Uruguay?
Super Great Reading Curious.
That couple really know their Marijuana.
Thank You very much.
Looking forward to Poll results here in the U.S. on Wednesday morning if not sooner.
BTW:
I am about out of posts for today.
This may be my last one tonight.
Going to watch my TV programs[dvr'd them].
Nice post. Sometimes you gotta invest in CEO and watch him execute things nicely. I am glad I didn't rush to get position at peak :)

I recently got extremely lucky with another CSE company, got in at .55 and forward split happened :)

There are definitely nice start up companies on CSE, talent to find them.

How A Strong CEO Lowers Your Cost Of Capital
Just off Seeking Alpha
Nov. 3, 2014 3:31 PM ET | About: NioCorp Developments Ltd. (NIOBF), Includes: MCP
Dilution is the single greatest enemy to junior mining investors.
Pre-revenue stage juniors are always coming back to the market for more cash while they explore for and develop new mines, and if the share price hasn’t gone up, these financings can be dramatically dilutive to current shareholders’ positions.
This article was sent to 300 people who get email alerts on NIOBF.

A little over 18 months ago a well known American mining executive joined a micro cap Vancouver junior miner and we were about the only media to take notice.
Mark Smith had been the CEO of Chevron Mining as well as Molycorp (NYSE:MCP), which was a high flying rare-earths stock in 2011, reaching over $70 per share. Despite the fact that Molycorp had since slumped to under $2, we thought enough investors must have made money with Smith in Molycorp that the market would find his joining the $0.10 NioCorp (OTCQX:NIOBF) significant.
Our repeated blog posts about Mark joining the company led us to interview Mark on video last December, and we also bought some stock in the company as a speculation at $0.15.
The bet was simple: new management had the stroke to push the company forward.
It was fortunate timing. Mr. Smith went on the road to tell the story in the early part of 2014, and investors liked what they heard. Within six months the company’s shares were trading at over $0.75, reflecting a quick five fold increase in price.
It helped that Smith put in a few million of his own money.
This morning, the company announced that they have received $10 million in subscription receipts in a “context of the market” priced offering.
NioCorp’s share price this morning is $0.55.
Raising money at these levels reflects a substantially reduced dilution factor to existing shareholders. The company would have had to issue 4x the stock at $0.15 if Smith hadn’t come aboard and inspired people to get behind him.
This is a fine example of how a management team with access to investors outside of the typical Vancouver and Toronto financial communities can have a real impact on a junior miner’s share price. The Denver, Colorado-based Smith never focused his marketing efforts on our currently depressed financial hubs.
Smith’s work with NioCorp reminds us that an effective CEO can lower a company’s cost of capital dramatically.

Here's the latest information as there was a show in Dallas that was attended by the CEO and his daughter - who is Titan's EU consultant. NOTE: there is supposed to be news from Titan Medical issued to the public on Nov 6th.
Guys - I'm leaving the MedAssets meeting now. Vendor exhibits were 9am-1pm CST. I walked around the show and saw Titan was here. I reached out to Honey for some direction on where to steer my questions.
1. Paige & John Hargrove both attended. They were in a no frills booth. Just a laptop playing new surgical procedures.
2. I didn't know Paige used to work for Intuitive, news to me today.
3. As Honey said, both Hargroves are tight lipped. I got nowhere fast.
4. FYI to those who don't know, MedAssets is a GPO that hospitals use to secure better pricing. This show was an invite only show where products are brought here to generate hype in the MedAssets community to take to their hospitals on their contracts. John said he was begged to come to this. This is their first coming out show.
5. He admitted he was hammered all day with questions he cannot answer. He and Paige both respectfully declined to get into any time/money information. They basically we're just there to show the video and go over their PPT that has analyzed the market needs and generate that buzz.
6. Hargrove talked to me like he was there with his child who has finally grown up and is ready to be seen as a man - SPORT is real and it works.
7. He admitted that he understands investors are unhappy with the ebb and flow of the PPS, but reiterated that we are all going to be smiling soon enough. He doesn't want to submit a rushed gen 1 robot to the market. They are taking advantage of the position of still taking market feedback.
I am looking forward to hearing news too. I don't think it will be a little one..
I am still watching Titan and wanted to swing by their office but no time yet. Some of my long holds are doing well so I am not in hurry yet.
At this point, I think almost anything that will become public information and it's positive for the company will increase the pps. Did you ever get any TITXF? It's at a real good price point around $2 GLTU Thanks.
I wish I could predict the reason. I am not surprised at all though. I doubt it's MMPR though.
I was surprised to hear that the Blackout was still in effect. What's your best guess as to what it's about? I'm thinking another strategic partner, or new sub.
Blackout continues. HC is still being arse
It may be what Mike referred to as "non-dilutive financing". We're probably getting paid off.
I think this was the news myself...I can see why this would have had to stay quiet..
So, do you think this is all the news? Or will there be more based on the blackout? The timing seems to match up with the blackout - early September.
You are welcome. You might wanna check TSVX 50 companies, there are some hidden gems..
Nice recovery in Canadian markets after correction point.. Air Canada is moving nicely since I got in again..
With the Ebola scare going on, I believe the Airline industry will be shutting down pretty soon if the dreaded disease continues to spread worldwide.
You may be better off buying a Teleconferencing stock.
Take a look at a small company that has a lot of experience doing just that.
I picked them many Years ago, but failed to buy any shares.
Now may be the time.

Aside from Abattis, what do you think of this pharma company? I have to check who holds majority in Canada, according to Nasdaq there is no institutional holding which I like always..
I noticed it tonite only, gonna dig bit more..

The Surprising Value of Legal Marijuana:
http://www.fool.com/investing/general/2014/10/11/the-surprising-value-of-legal-marijuana.aspx
"Whether you're ready to admit it or not, the marijuana movement may be unstoppable.
As Gallup reported in October of last year, for the first time in history, more respondents were in favor of legalizing marijuana than were opposed to its legalization. To put this into some context, just 34% of respondents were in favor of legalization in 2004, demonstrating just how swiftly the tide has turned in favor of legalization."
Disclosure:
I own no shares of the two companies mentioned.
My only interest is the Gallup Poll in favor of Legalizing Medical Marijuana.
It has been more than a year since announcement of MOU, I guess Doug wasn't in Quebec to welcome new lawyer. Abattis has a lot of things going on so it's hard to keep track of things .
Still waiting in vape, led lights and biocubes so on and so on :) and skim Nicky bee's money from his recent dump if he wants to use VDL lol
I'm hearing interesting good things re: Purgenesis and Quebec facility. Anyone have access to legal filings in Quebec to see what's up there?
I understand company wants to keep things secret but shareholders update once a while wouldn't hurt nobody. I wouldn't bet growing weed only, I am in Abattis because of its diversify business model. CSL application had three deficiencies months ago and still no result, why not update shareholders about it before?
Black out is another mystery, lets see what comes out of it. as markets are in red, we will see lower share price in my opinion.
http://biocubesystems.com/ is still under construction, this might be only revenue generator now but not sure what the demand is. not so much probably..
I sold all my other long terms and looking to re-enter once markets show bullish sign again..

Here is good morning kiss from Jackie Redmond for happy trading/investing.
Our goal through joint conversation is to source and locate the 2% of the companies that are so deeply undervalued in the micro cap sector that when the market realizes they are true companies trying to do business and make profits the returns are tenfold.
At our core we are brothers in arms, our cause is making money for our households, our weapons are our DD and our board and company we keep during our private discussions.
We look to invest in companies who are not running a printing press, try to keep share structure reasonable,.
We look to invest in real CEOs that have good track record and are not afraid to show their faces.
We invite medium and long term investment ideas.
We invite comical humour within a reason if a trade is not going our way sometimes it helps us see the trade through.
We invite and only keep the company of investors with our similar ideas.
Our point is to bring it to our homes and be respectful of each others in the process.
Consider it a micro-cap brotherhood that you are privileged to be a part of and if you are active member our privilege is having you on our board.
On the board we welcome contrarian stock plays, it is better to walk alone sometimes than follow the crowd.
ABSOLUTELY NO NEW COMPANY POSTING WITHOUT REASONABLE DUE DILIGINCE WITHIN REQUIREMENTS
People who do not follow board rules will be banned immediately.
As always lets bring it home and make clean money.
TARGET COMPANIES
We consider companies with maximum of 250M A/S.
Old companies with reporting record or new start ups with transparency.
Management team that won't dilute us on our journey
Companies from Nasdaq, Amex, TSX, CSX, NYSE and OTCBB are all welcomed.
Current PPS is not important as we believe strong companies arise again from their failures and downs.
Companies must have legitimate office and address, and currently operating.
3) MEMBER REQUIREMENTS
Respectful members are always welcomed.
People with history of insulting others or pumping stocks are not welcomed
We treat our investments as our business therefore we are patient and know what we own
There is no guarantee of big capital gains in short term, patience is required for our decisions
4) SOME QUOTES THAT INSPIRE US
In any investment, you expect to have to fun and make money. Michael Jordan
When you're an investor, you can look at the quantitative and qualitative elements of an investment, but there's a third aspect: What you feel in your gut. Kevin O'Leary
Baron Rothschild, an 18th century British nobleman and member of the Rothschild banking family, is credited with saying that "The time to buy is when there's blood in the streets."
He should know. Rothschild made a fortune buying in the panic that followed the Battle of Waterloo against Napoleon. But that's not the whole story. The original quote is believed to be "Buy when there's blood in the streets, even if the blood is your own."
