I am no expert on ice shacks, but I believe the shipping container idea would be much heavier than the ones commercially available from the specialty manufactures I believe that average 20 foot container weighs in at about 5000 pounds. I am guessing they would make up to three out of each 20 foot container. The finished product would then weigh in the 1700 pound range. Pretty bulky I believe.

8'x10' could work as an ice shanty, albeit a bitt two cozy for more than one hole. However, we needn't even reach that issue because no way this CARNES scam will deliver anything. And certainly nott by winter 2027.

There are profitable OTC companies. You could be right about this stock though. I’m not claiming this will be profitable. That’s just the best case scenario. You do realize that they’ve only diluted something like $200K here so far, right? That’s not exactly a lot of money. Worst case scenario they max the OS and then reverse split… but if they do that then no one will ever take a chance on the stock again.

Get a "contract" to make it appear that hes building a reputable business, but really continue diluting it into the ground and stuffing his own pockets with "General and Administrative" or "Marketing" costs. Its a continuous loop.

Every new business needs funding. However discounted dilutive funding is a death sentence if it isn’t curtailed. The obvious best case scenario here is they stop selling .0002 when they get some orders and deposits going. If they can operate profitably then no need to dilute so cheaply any longer. That’s an unlikely scenario because the dilution keeps coming with 100M new shares just issued last week. I’m not holding my breath. And only invest what one can afford to lose if it goes to zero in penny stocks, always.
