IMO: NO!.. Epsilon is the heart, as I see it, to MANUFACTURING Chips - Wired would have the rights to using these NEW chip capability to do what they have in mind, but only a chip manufacturer would use the Epsilon patent to create the chip capability described.

For, Wired, what GTCH operational improvement patent (if one) would do the trick?

Ok, you're new & just don't understand,..
Retail ie. you, I, everyone here can not buy under .0001= that's the lowest "we" can buy.
Therefore, any price under .0001 is meaningless.
Your "yahoo" is tracking the .000005 closes which are meaningless because, we can't buy those.
So, a moving ave going up from .00005 to .0001 has ZERO bearing to the stock price.

It's been over 3 weeks since a close @ .0002= the next lowest to be bought, 4 digits is all we can go.
A close of .00015= 5 digits= it's .0001 period since it closed below .0002.

The "42mil on the ask just before close" I posted was the total of the 4-5 mm's that have sell orders= the ask.
It was 100-125mil all day so the good news is the ask in dwindling down.
Once all the .0001's on the ask= (sell orders) are gone, the .0002's line up BUT the price stays the same until
someone buys @ .0002.

If there's a "bid"= a buy order, someone can just "sell into the bid",
they get there shares & someone got their money & price stays @ .0001.

You're right about the SEC's ability to enforce the rules. However, the legal system enables investors to clobber fraudsters. Investors must take the initiative. IMO, that's where media can be leveraged to make it happen, if necessary. I sincerely hope that this is not one of those instances.

It really comes down to enforcing the "rules". Those who break rules have the means to ensure (likely) that enforcement is a spit in the wind. They "bank" on high assurance that no enforcement will occur.

IMO, while naked short contracts have been set for quite some time, they are NOT required to sell those borrowed stocks while the ask remains at .0001. MMs will continue that delay until GTCH issues SOMETHING DRAMATIC (like the sale of GBT/Tokenize), listing yet another patent redo contract does not cut it.
