In the beginning:
This stock was a spun out by Graphene Laboratories ( owned by the current COOs of GGG ) and bought Matnick Resources . Member of the board "IAN KLASSEN"....remember this Name and DD on him. He worked formely for several OTC stocks. Whatch the charts of this companies...Always the same...a rise and a big fall to 0,01....worthless scamcompanies or empty shells now.
They went public and shareholders paying the going public and the spin off. The COOs still have their "perhaps" cash cow company Graphene Laboratories. They tried to do something with the new public company ( if not online at Twitter, Facebook, or any other social networks ).
With predictions and fluff they hold this stock on a level between 0,60 and 0,80 $. At sometime they placed the news that they buy back the parent company ( their own company! )....who is paying for that ? The shareholders....
The official financial statements came out without any official news to the shareholders directly, just via SEDAR. This is a nice IR work anyway....you as a shareholder have to find or search any financials of this public company? Whatch the numbers....looks like a retail company not like a production facility is in use....COG is the same to the revenues. Looks like they have to buy anything they sell . Cashburn rate is interesting! Whatch the filings!
Now they appoint the well known IAN KLASSEN to the BOD. mmmh perhaps he was paid by the shareholders for Matnick Resources....
So who earned money till now here? The CEOS , IAN Klassen .... Your money!
Now they merge with their own parent company again and buying with shareholder money their own shares!?
Some questions to the shareholders or the BOD:
a) still waiting for any patent beeing approved, for more than 1,5 years, look filings.?
b) the next quarterly report will be a mess and not stated official to the shareholders , whatch out Sedar, why?
c) still no consolidated financials or any numbers of the parent company beeing published . Why ? This cannot take more than 4 month to be audited if they worked properly. Shareholders paying for that! Why?
d) Who is the partner of the new PP? Hedgefund ? Than say good night, they will short this stock to death.
e) the cash received of the PP will reach up to 5 month, based on the old financial filings.
f) during the big fall down to the alltime low they released the news of the R&D partnership with a secret partner... wow....... this must be a big secret....you will never get any result of this , just that it failed to research any application. If they would be interested in credibility or shareholder value they had give your more than a big secret! They just released this news to stay on this high level to realize the PP. The shareprice was going to nowhere.
f) printer news...a blackbox....would like to see this in action....( inside ;- ) another secret to calm down shareholders. Same here....you will never hear any results.
Wondering what will happen now. Better stay in show me mode instead of buying....IMO....
They have to create credibility with results and facts not with predictions and secrets.
If not ...this it what it seems to be....another otc scam with a story.
This is just IMO and based on my DD. So do what you want and bomb the IR with questions to get any answers...what happened with your money or will happen!
