I own over 3% of the OS. Every penny up and down is $30,000 to me. So I am not happy about this at all. That being said imo they will get this going. Hopefully very soon.

Long time holder and been a real disappointment. Looks like they finally gave up on doing any type of merger. Problem now is I can't trade or sell it. They really screwed us over.

Plus there was almost no selling the past 2 weeks. You would think if they were not going to submit filings that insiders would have just dumped. There hasn't been any dilution in years.

What is interesting is the company is either updating OTC markets with the share structure or still is letting the TA update because the same 100 M OS was just reported to OTC markets last week....Sept 15. So there is still stuff going on. Not sure why the delay in filings unless it has to do with a deal incoming because otherwise they have always kept filings up to date.

Getting back in OTC markets is no big deal but I agree, it should not have gotten this far where they had to go Expert, even if it is for a short amount of time.

Agree. The guys behind this deal (Casey for example) are good guys. They are going to do a deal. They have wayyyyyyyyyy too much invested in this not too at this point. So it will get done.

need 2 Qs and an attorney letter to get current only need an annual in last 16 months to stay limited so still good there, some brokers wont let you buy limited so would be better to get current.

Yep back to around to its average for the past few years. I expect we see filings out soon which should help but we really need the follow through on the deal(s) they are working on. And I do know they are working on them. Other than that I am still expectant but disappointed this has not been gotten done sooner.

I know the financial markets as a whole have affected things as far as financing but lets get moving here.

Talked to my contact today. Bear in mind he is not directly involved in the day to day company operations.

Basic jist of things is the company has been talking and negotiating everyday with the incoming Pub Co and things are as close to ready as they have been.

Of course we have been hopeful previously and nothing happened but IMO this seems about ready.

Well like I have said all along the impression I was given is they are going to do all the filings and news events in a one after the other manner.

And I know the entity behind other plays that is involved here has done that in the past.

So once the first 'event' happens I would expect others to follow soon after.

As I said a week ago the financial markets are loosening up...and that was the roadblock for the past year and a half or so.
