Important information to all Pan Americans without frontiers…
I will never forget this day as it is a sad day in our quest for the commercial integration of Our America.
Almost thirty days ago the World changed forever when the capital markets began a global meltdown and as of today it continues as a complete overhaul and restructuring to protect all the affected people. We at Grupo PANAMERSA and the PANAMERSA movement have also been a target of our own inadequacies and poor management to say the least. I am very sorry to announce that Fundacion Pan America “FUNDAPAN” has begun the necessary legal steps to intervene administratively the PDR Exchange (Panama), Inc., today known as PDREX.COM Sociedad Anonima, in order to investigative and audit its operations, and to find out about complaints for non-performing and other compliance issues.
The President and CEO of PDREX.com, Sociedad Anonima, Micheal Scott Terrell, “MST”, will be temporally suspended to facilitate this operation. MST has been asked for all documentary information such as: safekeeping, conveyance contracts, back office accounting and Bank statements for the Deposit Credit Corporation, a legal depository entity for FUNDAPAN, in America II; all this without compromising protected information. Mr. Terrell is fully cooperating and has our full support and we are assuming no wrongdoing until proven otherwise. The PDRex has operated independently from the rest of PANAMERSA and it is a Beneficiary of FUNDAPAN. All members will be fully advised of this operation and the results. A special email has been set up for information:
protector@fundacion-panamerica.com
Grupo PANAMERSA will continue with its business plan and philosophies. PANAMERSA is located in San Jose, Costa Rica, a naturally neutral country that is not affected by the wintry extremes or the occasional political tantrums at either end of the hemisphere.
We Pan Americans, as a whole, make up PANAMERSA. We need only listen to our own collective inner voices. Those natural voices are telling us that we can create a new climate in which human needs and values can be nurtured one more time: a Pan American society that supports the western hemisphere family as the mainstay of the world community; a responsible society that values excellence and the common good over greed and power; a caring society that promotes decency and reciprocity in our relations with others and encourages the individual to make a connection with something larger that one’s own life.
We are sorry to have to take this action but we will overcome.

The Gold Rush!
By Bethany Bell
BBC News, Vienna
There's a new gold rush.
The financial crisis is prompting people to look for safer forms of investment than stocks and shares.
Gold bars produced in Austria
Both international speculators and ordinary Austrians want to get their hands on gold The interest in gold coins is so great that many of the world's major mints are struggling to keep up with demand, including the Austrian Mint, which produces the Vienna Philharmonic - one of the best-selling bullion coins worldwide.
Sales of Vienna Philharmonic gold coins have gone up by more than 230% since last year. Kerry Tattersall, the director of marketing at the mint, says production has gone into overdrive. "We are running at present something like three shifts on all of the machines, on the presses, producing both gold and the silver bullion coins.
How gold coins are made
"We've actually got delays in delivering orders in silver. With gold, we are just about keeping pace, but it is a bit of a struggle." In September alone, the mint sold 100,000 ounces in gold coins - in normal times it would take three to four months to sell that much. Mr Tattersall says people are looking for security. "We are seeing a lot of panic buying at the moment. People are losing confidence in the economy - whether that is justified or unjustified is a matter of opinion. But we are seeing a lot of people looking for a safe haven."
King's ransom
In the mint, chunks of gold are melted down in a fiery furnace. Then a stream of molten metal is formed into a thin strip of gold, out of which the blank coins are cut. Later the blanks are struck with the design of violins and musical instruments. The Austrian mint, in the heart of Vienna, was founded more than 800 years ago to make coins out of the silver ransom paid for King Richard the Lionheart, who was taken prisoner in Austria on his way home from the Crusades. It is a sign of the importance people have attached to precious metals over the centuries. But there is no such thing as a completely safe investment.
Vienna Philharmonic gold coins
The Vienna Philharmonic is one of the world's best-selling bullion coins Gold, like all commodities, is vulnerable to fluctuations in price. Prices tumbled in 1999 when Gordon Brown announced a decision to sell off some of the Bank of England's gold reserves. Robert Stoeffele, an analyst at Austria's Erste Bank, says until recently there was less interest in gold as an investment. "We forgot the appeal of gold in the last 28 years because we had a bear market in gold. But within the last few years we have seen a huge fundamental bull market for gold. "Gold is like a thermometer for the financial markets. I'd say we've got fever," he said.
Life savings
But rising demand for gold is not just a phenomenon of global finance. Ordinary Austrians, shocked by the precipitous falls in their own stock market - which was suspended this week for the first time ever - are also looking for a more solid store of wealth. The shop at the Austrian Mint usually specialises in selling collectors' coins. But these days, a number of customers are buying bullion there - in bulk. I saw one middle-aged couple handing over thousands of euros in cash, in exchange for dozens of 1oz Vienna Philharmonic gold coins. A little later, a Viennese pensioner took a thick wad of 500-euro notes out of her handbag, and gave it to the sales assistant. He sold her a large gold bar, which looked as though it weighed a kilo. "I have taken one piece of gold," she told me. "You see, I am old, and I have earned money all my life and now I have the money in the bank and I am afraid of the financial situation, that it will disappear. Gold is safe, I think."

A message to all Pan Americans…
PANAMERSA historic preamble: There has been social evolution since the beginning of mankind. However, social evolution has not meant social responsibility. The lack of social responsibility equates to inequality. It exists everywhere and the western hemisphere is no exception. It involves identity, purpose … and vision.
Since our discovery by Europeans in 1542, many people have tried to define and earn a single identity for the western hemisphere. Most of these attempts were socially responsible efforts at liberation. In the process of liberating the western hemisphere from the Spanish, English, Portuguese, Dutch and others, smaller regions created their own freedom and self rule. When countries earned this autonomy they thought they had come out ahead, even though their new isolation, economic and political spoils often made them wonder. The new governments learned that the price of liberation had hidden costs such as with other autonomous nations.
Now having finished half a millennium of various New World orders, we find that there is yet another price to be paid. We see that it is impossible for societies, as nations, to grow within our own boundaries at the cost of the growth of others. Concern for others is the final payment each of us must make as we transform our narcissistic cultures into a new social order incorporating timeless moral values with social responsibility and Pan American ideals.
Many men have valiantly tried to establish Pan American Ideals during the past 500 years, but Pan Americanism, as it is evolving today, did not begin until the arrival of Simon Bolivar. While Bolivar and Marti are most responsible for the movement developing today, we must remember other true Pan American centurions such as San Martin, Morazan O’Higgins, Torrijos, to name only a few. All of these centurions were Pan Americans in their personal ideals. All of them contributed to the new Americanism, but none of them had the vision of total western hemisphere Pan Americanism.
The time to build Pan Americanism is here and PANAMERSA is the catalyst. PANAMERSA can imbue the Western Hemisphere with an aura of unity, improve the morale and increase the productivity of its people. Never before has the necessity for cooperation between neighbors been so needed. Never has there been a better time in history to promote the ideology of Pan Americanism.
Pan Americanism is social freedom through integration … “This freedom should not be seen as a metaphysical power of human nature, nor as a right to do whatever one pleases … We do not what we want and yet we are responsible for what we are-that is the fact.
Mission Statement: Pan Americans have, some wittingly and some unwittingly, made tremendous progress towards repositioning ourselves to compete cohesively in the global markets. This is the Key: To achieve economic development trough integration, respect and responsibility. The state of being Pan American is gaining strength trough various organizations and agreements. Now is the time for Pan Americanism to move forward in the 21st century.
PANAMERSA Vision: From deep within the heart of the Western Hemisphere a theory of cooperative genesis is emerging. But it is not only a theory. It is a state of being, called Pan Americanism, a reality. Future historians of economic and social evolution may very well regard the 21st century as the golden age of Pan Americanism. The stepping-stones of Pan American ideals were born in the 19th century with the liberating exploits of Simon Bolivar. His philosophies and actions set the stage for generations to come. But consider what has taken place during the past 100 years. Consider at the dawn of the 20th century communism was only a theory by Karl Marx, Cuba was virtually an extension of the United States, and the technological revolution hadn’t yet created the disparities between the developed countries. Even the most imaginative leaders did not envision nuclear weapons, computers, mass transportation, communication modes, and the superpowers’ childishness towards each other at the time.
During the last 100 years, entrepreneurs and inventors have contributed an impressive array of discoveries to the ever expanding base of human knowledge. Amazingly, however, as these developments financially enhanced the Northern countries exponentially, the struggling countries in the South were subtlety manipulated into providing their natural resources to satisfy the appetites of their gluttonous, “developed” neighbors.
Pan Americanism addresses these issues, political movements and cultural matters. To accomplish this transformation of our society into a socially responsible and caring one, we must all become the leaders in the evolution of values that do not aim to disrupt and divide our culture, but to strengthen and unify it.
The Pan American vision is beginning to build a self-directed society, one that provides empathetic guidance. One that ensures the unfolding of trade barriers to economic growth; not so much for ourselves, but for future generations. This will evolve naturally from our having learned to set healthy limits, not prohibitive one, and to organize these limits collectively into a cultural moral code that each of us might be guided by. If we as individuals act Pan American, our respective nations will follow.
Pan America Sociedad Anonima PANAMERSA is modestly simple to describe. It stands for and promotes Pan Americanism. However, Pan Americanism requires a complex description…
Pan Americanism is of the people, by the people and for the benefit of all Pan American people. It is a doctrine. One that develops teaches and forges a sense of belonging…a state of being.
To accomplish our mission, we developed the Grupo PANAMERSA network in the Western Hemisphere identified as the four regions:
America I, II, III and IV.

A good example of transparency and audited financials by a world class accounting firm: Lehman Bros.' demise.
- Lehman administrator seeks $8bn
- Lehman Brothers UK staff packing up
- Lehman's administrators want to repatriate $8bn from the US
The European administrators of failed US investment bank Lehman Brothers have filed a court order in New York demanding $8bn (£4.4bn) is returned from the US to London.
Lehman's demise sent shock waves through global markets, undermining confidence in the financial system.
Tighter regulation
The UK prime minister said that international regulation of the financial system must be brought up to date in the wake of the recent turmoil.
Gordon Brown told the BBC: "We're in a new economy, a global financial economy, the world is changing very fast, but the governance of the global financial system has not caught up with it and that's what's got to change."
The global financial impact of the demise of Lehman Brothers is still emerging as firms worldwide state their degree of exposure to the bankrupt firm.
In Hong Kong, angry investors marched to government offices on Sunday calling for action after losing money on investments linked to the failed investment giant.
Last week, UK bank Barclays snapped up some of the core assets of the Wall Street giant, including its New York headquarters, for $1.75bn. (BBC report)

Crisis Management - Reajustes en cara de situacion actual desde America II EEUU - Readjustments in face of current situation from America II USA

The consequences of misguided financial and operational practices and the lack of proper compliance policies during the last years in the capital markets from within America II USA have led us to this point of financial uncertainty and the impending debacle leave us without room to manage a coherent financial logic that allows FUNDAPAN to absolutely protect their beneficiaries. In this sense and with the responsibility that characterizes our PANAMERSA business plan and with the moral and legal obligations that we have to protect our beneficiaries' assets first and above all, we have readjusted our operational schemes in the four America by fortifying our position of liquidity based on gold reserves and not currencies. To all Beneficiaries, affiliates and associates Fundacion Pan America (FUNDAPAN) will not convert Gold to Federal Reserve Notes…
Have you heard?
It is now clear that we are again – as we were in mid- March at the time of the Bear Stearns collapse – an epsilon away from a generalized run on most of the shadow banking system, especially the other major independent broker dealers (Lehman, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs). If Lehman does not find a buyer over the weekend and the counterparties of Lehman withdraw their credit lines on Monday (as they all will in the absence of a deal) you will have not only a collapse of Lehman but also the beginning of a run on the other independent broker dealers (Merrill Lynch first but also in sequence Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley and possibly even those broker dealers that are part of a larger commercial bank, I.e. JP Morgan and Citigroup). Then this run would lead to a massive systemic meltdown of the financial system. That is the reason why the Fed has convened in emergency meetings the heads of all major Wall Street firms on Friday and again today to convince them not to pull the plug on Lehman and maintain their exposure to this distressed broker dealer.
Here's a quick look at what's happened at Lehman over the last 6 months or so.
March
The demise of Bear Stearns focuses attention on which Wall Street firm, if any, is next
April
The firm raises $4bn in capital, funds it basically says it doesn't really need for asset writedowns it doesn't really have. CEO Richard Fuld says that the worst of the market crisis is over, but cautions that the environment remains 'challenging'.
May
Lehman announces that 5% of headcount, 1,500 jobs, will go.
June
The firm says that it estimates that it has lost $3bn in the second-quarter due, in the main, to asset writedowns, and says that it will raise an additional $6bn in capital. Fuld removes the firm's Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Operating Officer from their posts.
August
Rumors persist that Fuld is looking to sell all, or part, of the firm's Investment Management Division, which includes asset management, hedge funds and private banking. He is also said to be actively looking for investors to shore-up the firm's capital base.
September
2nd - the story breaks that Lehman is in discussions with the state-owned Korea Development Bank (KDB) over a possible investment in / buyout of the firm.
8th - 9th - Lehman shares fall 52% as stories surface that the firm is struggling to find investors and that the KDB talks have failed over price-related issues.
10th - the firm issues its preliminary third-quarter earnings a week early, saying that it lost in the region of $3.9bn. Lehman outlines something of a strategic plan in an attempt to reassure the market, but the plan is short on specifics and fails to reassure investors.
11th - Lehman's shares fall another 42%, and bankers are said to be pouring over the firm's books trying to come up with a deal. Lehman's stock had now fallen over 75% in just a week.
12th - 14th - Wall Street's finest are called into a series of meetings with the US Federal Reserve, as the central bank tries desperately to pull together a deal / bail-out ahead of the opening of the markets in Asia.

WINNING…
In 1976 the Czech artist and animator Jan Svankmajer had his work suppressed by the communists.
Had he the wrong point of view?
Or was it the right point of view seen by the wrong people?
Today he is a national treasure.
Is he now right and they were wrong?
Or is he still wrong and they were right?
It is exactly the same work, but seen from a different point of view. The prevailing one being what the majority think.
People are like sheep: They follow the leader. It is the leader who has a point of view about which way they should go.
Having an original point of view or angle is a novelty. Recognizing its value its intelligent.
Having the courage to stand up for it in the face of public opinion is makes you a winner.

Reporting about our delegations to associates, beneficiaries, shareholders and PDR holders
Greetings.
I, Pedro Borges Fiol, have returned to our office in Costa Rica and will talk to all without frontiers about our delegations' actions in America I, II, III and IV.
The first section of this news update will talk about the areas visited and the purpose of the trips. The second section will review and update our projects to accomplish our business plan.
FIRST SECTION: We met in America I with representatives from Jamaica, Haiti, Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico. There we formed two delegations to travel to: America II USA, Washington, Virginia, Los Angeles and Houston; then the delegation continued to Guatemala, Nicaragua and Panama in America III. The second delegation traveled to America IV Venezuela, Bolivia and Paraguay. During our meetings throughout, we reviewed mostly legal and commercial regulations that have a direct impact in Grupo PANAMERSA activities in all four America regions. We were advised by regulatory and economic intelligence agencies on how to best handle the legal complexities of our business plan, the commercial integration and economic development-taking place in the four America. We were guided on the five points of the star: What, Who, How, When and Where. Grupo PANAMERSA as a whole is rated well in operations and lobbying; and not so well in-group logistics; therefore, we will be making adjustments to fully comply with the multi-jurisdictional complexities of our business plan. During our meetings we reviewed over forty thousand posts from the Investors Hub. The posts were very informative and helpful, the agencies involved reviewed useful intelligence from the Investors Hub Forum, most of the meetings participants enjoyed the benefits of reading previously analyzed positions from members of the forum, such as: the cultural, intellectual, professional and personality characteristics of the analysis which were very helpful to understand the diversity of the posters. Some were very good (Midas 716, Overachieve, Digiholic…etc) others not so good (Double Dip, Bulldogxxxx, Stratocasterca, Huntersxxxx…etc.) all frequent posters are properly identified and represent a mix of America II Canadians, some USA and Europeans. To all, thank you for helping Grupo PANAMERSA. Also, we met with political personalities of our times, we talked about our problems and goals and they listened very well about Grupo PANAMERSA business plan. The political audience appreciated our candid explanations and advised us that we had undertaken a very large responsibility and that even though there were disagreements, the sense of belonging and the good neighbor policies were our only common denominators; the America I CUBA embargo was also a topic of discussion - the general consensus is that it will begin to be lifted in a very orderly and organized format beginning on the month of March 2009…al of the people in our discussions meetings were very cooperative…wishing us a lot of luck. Also, Grupo PANAMERSA, our delegation and los “Clubes Martianos (Jose Marti)” in the four America, wished Dr. Fidel Castro Rus a happy birthday on his 82nd birthday. In Bolivia we congratulated President Evo Morales for winning the ratification referendum and offered our help in the process of unity in Bolivia and in Paraguay President Fernando Lugo was also congratulated on his election as president and we offered our help and solidarity. Overall the goodwill trips were excellent and we felt that America II USA and America I CUBA have already began moving forward to better relations… understanding that we all have to work towards a Team AMERICA for all without frontiers….

Cuba reforms turn to state land
Large areas of Cuba's farm land lie fallow and food imports are high
Cuba is to put more state-controlled farm land into private hands, in a move to increase the island's lagging food production.
Private farmers who do well will be able to increase their holdings by up to 99 acres (40 hectares) for a 10-year period that can be renewed.
Until now, private farmers have only been able to run small areas of land.
The BBC's Michael Voss, in Havana, says this is one of President Raul Castro's most significant reforms to date.
National security
President Castro, who took over from his ailing brother Fidel in February, considers reducing costly food imports as a matter of national security.
For various reasons there is a considerable percentage of state land sitting vacant, so it must be handed over to individuals or groups as owners or users...
Cuban decree
Since the 1959 revolution, some Cubans have been allowed to run small family farms. But most agriculture has been placed in the hands of large, state-owned enterprises.
Our correspondent says these have proved highly inefficient - half the land is unused and today Cuba imports more than half its needs. Rising world food prices will cost the country an extra $1bn this year.
The presidential decree was published in the country's Communist Party newspaper, Granma.
In it, co-operatives are also allowed to add an unspecified amount of additional land for 25 years, with the possibility of renewing the lease.
Grants cannot be transferred or sold to third parties.
"The maximum to be handed over to individuals who do not hold land is 13.42 hectares (33 acres), and for those who hold lands, as owners or designated workers, the amount can rise as high as 40.26 hectares (99 acres)," the decree said.
"For various reasons there is a considerable percentage of state land sitting vacant, so it must be handed over to individuals or groups as owners or users, in an effort to increase production of food and reduce imports," it added.
The decree also said that farmers would have to pay taxes on their production, but it did not say how much.
The reform has been promised for some time by President Castro.
Since taking over the presidency, Raul Castro has signed the UN human rights accords and lifted restrictions on Cubans owning mobile phones and computers.
He has also announced that workers can earn productivity bonuses, doing away with the egalitarian concept that everyone must earn the same, our correspondent says

Petrocaribe and the Agreement of Energy Cooperation
Petrocaribe was created 29 of June, 2005 in Venezuela with the idea of aiding neighbors in footing the ever-increasing oil bill. The agreement allows participating countries to pay for part of the oil they import in cash and another percentage in services and goods. This agreement is a very good example of activities that further promote the commercial integration of the Pan American region.
Participating countries include: Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Belize, Dominica, Cuba, Grenada, Guyana, Honduras, Surinam, Saint Lucía, Saint Christopher & Nieves and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
In recent months the agreement has taken on even more importance as oil prices continue to climb. Costa Rica has sought entry into the agreement and so have other countries.

May 13th, 2008
Effective May 12th, 2008, “FPA” Council will be presided by Lic. Antonio Iván Mendieta Díaz, a Panamanian citizen, Vice-President and Legal Advisor to Grupo PANAMERSA. As we all know “FPA” is the depository entity for Grupo PANAMERSA.
The Foundation “FPA” main objective is to protect the patrimony of all Pan Americans including pnms:PK beneficiaries and other natural persons, legal and crown entities.
Mr. Micheal Scott Terrell will continue as President and CEO of the PDR Exchange (Panama), Inc. We wish to thank Mr. Terrell for his hard work during his tenure. Moreover, the Protector wishes to explain that this move is to strengthen our legal position covering issues under Law 25 of the 12th of June 1995. The “FPA” and its Council wants to have a solid representation in the event of attacks against the integrity of “FPA”. Grupo PANAMERSA security monitors detected certain information providing us with reasons to believe that certain groups and/or individuals could be planning vicious and infamous attempts against the Pan American patrimony protected by “FPA”.
This decision was carefully analyzed prior to making the changes adding an additional layer of protection to “FPA” protectorate. All beneficiaries are therefore, better secured and protected.
We will continue to inform and update our audience as needed.
Best regards Pan Americans,

Both properties registered January 10, 1984, are property of Rancho El Laurel, S.A., with registry number 3-101-035629.
I also agree, Opens some doors in my opinion.
Moving PNMS to 'beneficiary' status, rather than 'operating company' was a stroke of genius!
The implications (and opportunites) absolutely ROCK!
It still amazes me that people can't grasp the fact that FPA and PNMS.PK are two seperate entities.

Amelot Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AMHD) announced its subsidiary, Jatropha Biofuel Technologies, Inc. (JBTI), has come to an agreement with Fundacion Pan America (FPA) to develop Jatropha plantations throughout Latin America.
Beginning next month, JBTI will begin developing a minimum of 100,000 hectares of land across Latin America for the cultivation of Jatropha feedstock and the production of Jatropha oil. Each hectare of land will support about 2,000 Jatropha trees. Every Jatropha tree produces approximately half gallon of Jatropha oil per year. Jatropha creates green cover for long term ecological benefits.
Jatropha enhances energy security for the country.

Any attack, accusation, or derogatory remark, made by any beneficiary about another beneficiary, Foundation Company (including its staff), or the Republic of Panama (including its officials), will not be tolerated; as it threatens the integrity and privacy of the Foundation and its beneficiaries. This sort of behavior will result in the beneficiary being designated as “not in good standing”, and will result in an immediate suspension of their login privileges to the PDR Exchange, Inc., followed by legal charges being filed for the removal of the beneficiary, who is “not in good standing”, from the Foundation, for a period of 10-years, with possible damages owed to the Foundation.
LOLOL!! Sounds kinda like IHub.
I'm glad you have no problem being removed from the Fundacion because from what I understand you had no choice once you broke the rules. BTW, it really doesn't matter whether you want or don't want to be in the Fundacion because that's been taken care of for you. Be thankful that they don't send you a bill.
Also, your attempts to portray MT and Pedro as the bad guys sounds like sour grapes to me since in your words..."it's never been about the money".
That's O.K. though, you can have a "sooper" time with your new pals. LOL.
I already told you Mike I have no problem with being removed from the fundation. The issue is not whether I want to be in the fundation or not. The issue is the return of my assets which I don't care what they say about possibly owing damages. They have a responsiblilty to return my assets. If they are going to use owing damages as an excuse to now hold my assets indefinately I don't think the Federal Government of the US is going to allow that. These people will stoop at nothing to scam you guys. It's pretty clear they make this BS up as they go identifying problems and making up BS to cover their arses as they go.
Good luck getting a dime from MT and Pedro. When it comes time for them to pay out to you they will already have in place more BS so you don't ever see a dime.

I would like to welcome you to the PDR Exchange, Inc., an Operating Company of Fundacion Pan America. Not only is it an operating company of the Foundation, but it provides a gateway to your beneficiary information, as well as a platform to exchange Pan America Depository Receipts (PDR's). This unique combination is unlike any other in the world.
Fundacion Pan America was formed according to the Republic of Panama’s Law Number 25 of June 12, 1995, making it legally authorized to act as a depository agent and custodian of all forms of real goods, properties, and financial assets, while also maintaining and protecting all assets that are held in the name of Foundation beneficiaries. Beneficiaries of Fundacion Pan America can be natural persons, companies, and/or free governments in good standing, and - through its operating unit, the PDR Exchange (Panama), Inc. - all beneficiaries are provided the necessary tools to trade PDR's, while building and managing their wealth in a secure and anonymous environment.
The Foundation is also dedicated to the conservation and protection of the world’s forest, flora, fauna, water, and mineral resources, through the commercialization of micro forests as an individual alternative to counter Global Warming by seeking “CO2 Neutrality”. This initiative offers every investor, in good standing, the direct means to participate in the integration of Latin America, via the PDR Exchange, (Panama) Inc., and to enjoy all future benefits. In this way, the commercial integration of Latin America, and its development, is engaged through global participation.
The Foundation is governed through bylaws and procedures that were established at its inception. My job, as the Chairman of the Foundation, is to adhere to those laws and bylaws, and to do everything within my power to ensure the privacy of every beneficiary, while protecting the assets that they have conveyed and entrusted to the Foundation. Becoming a beneficiary is a privilege, and with that privilege comes certain responsibilities. The number one responsibility, and requirement of every beneficiary, is to be, and to remain, a person of good standing.
Why is that important?
The Foundation is the sum total of its beneficiaries. If persons, companies, or governments, who traffic in illegal trade, were allowed into the Foundation, it would jeopardize every beneficiary of the Foundation, and would threaten the privacy that the Foundation affords us all. By the same token, the beneficiaries are made up of persons, companies, and governments from all parts of the globe. The Foundation's mission is to protect the assets and privacy of each and every beneficiary, without regard to their ideology, politics, or whether we like them or not.
There may be those who think that the aforementioned consequences are harsh or unfair. However, regardless of their opinion, those are the bylaws, and they apply to all, for the benefit and protection of every beneficiary. As the Chairman of the Foundation and the President of the PDR Exchange, Inc., it is my responsibility to preserve and protect the Foundation and its beneficiaries.
Coming Soon
The Foundation and the PDR Exchange, Inc. will begin a new marketing campaign to attract new investors from all parts of the globe, and will add new products to the Exchange, which will result in an ever increasing level of liquidity for the Exchange. I will be speaking more about this issue, as well as others, on a regular basis.
Announcements
I would like to announce the addition of Theresa Rogers as the Director of Beneficiary Services for the PDR Exchange, Inc. staff.
I would also like to personally offer my support, best wishes, and congratulations to Pedro Borges Fiol on his new position as President of PANAMERSA Corporation (PNMS), a beneficiary company of the Foundation.
I will be updating and adding to this blog on a regular basis. If there are any topics or information that you would like to see included, please login to the PDR Exchange website and send your requests.
In closing, I would like to state that this is not just a job for me, it is my passion, my vision, and my belief in the Pan American people and their achieving a “sense of belonging”. I am not just involved, I am committed to promoting the commercial integration of Latin America. And, I am committed to protecting our flora, fauna, and water resources.
The difference between “involvement” and “commitment” is like an eggs and ham breakfast: the chicken was “involved”, but the pig was “committed”.
Have a great day!!
Micheal Terrell
Chairman, Fundacion Pan America
President and General Manager, PDR Exchange (Panama), Inc.
If thats the case and you are right, by your reasoning, then it appears everything the company has stated is false and that nothing is backing the PDR's because they own the shares now. That would also mean the PDR's/Reciepts are worthless.
Sorry Mike but it seems you are the one that is confused.
I may be confused but I'm not the one that's on the outside looking in. Perhaps, I understand a little better than you do. Good luck though.
Sorry Mike but it seems you are the one that is confused. Go to the PNMS board and read mine.
I believe item 2, 4, 5 and 6 are incorrect.
Yes..we do sign over our certs...but we remain benificial owners even though the certs are held (owned) by the foundation.
I believe we have a legal right to our certs but not to any profits gained during membership in the foundation unless we remain members in good standing.
If a member violates foundation rules or abuses other members in any way....they should be asked to leave or correct their behavior. If they must be or want to be removed they should have the assets they deposited or cash value returned however, all profits gained during membership should be stripped.
This is where Midas is causing a problem. He doesn't want his certs back....he wants cash from the sale of PDRs sent to him.
This is simply not an option....
SS
Seems like there is some confusion about the Fundacion. I posted this on the PNMS board and hope everyone can follow:
From what I can understand this is what takes place when you convert PNMS shares to PDR's.
1) You sign over the shares to the Fundacion with a stock power agreement and medallion signature.
2) You don't OWN them anymore as they are now an asset of the Fundacion which gives you no claim.
3) If you don't obey Fundacion policy, they have the authority to remove you.
4) You can't ask for what is not yours anymore, so whatever argument as to ownership was determined in step 1.
5) Play by the rules and benefit or break the rules and get thrown to the curb.
6) Threats and wining will not get back what is not yours to start with.
7) If confused read steps 1 and 2 again. It's really not that complicated.
Two key points were addressed by Pedro; better financial reporting and better comunication.
We all try to justify our investment choices. Some of us prefer to do proper DD and rely on facts while others are (mis)guided by what they read as fact when it is nothing but opinion...and we all know about everyone having an opinion.
I see clarity and purpose shown by Pedro in the release. IMO, this will be a fun adventure to all that have "purchased tickets".
Actually I believe I see good in all the release. Still bet the doom and gloomers could read and spin negative BS into anything. LOL
