Either way the SS appears to be ULTRA THIN!!! Seams to move on tiny slaps off da ask!!! It would be interesting to see what real volume would bring here! Good luck
Who knows what the share structure is since the recent reverse split last year.. TD has the OS at 4.4 million. I think it's noteworthy to mention that the former CEO of FLST'S main affiliate was sentenced to a 50month sentence for kickbacks 50months ago... Could this sleeper be coming back to life with the release of Wagner??
https://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/former-owner-airline-fuel-supply-company-sentenced-prison-role-scheme-defraud-illinois-based
Nice!!! The last calculation I could get was roughly 35 million OS! Obviously it would be more by now but if Knight owns/owned 6% @233,080 million then would equal around 35 million at the time they got them. IN MY OPINION the OS could be 100-200 million if a group or NEWS of any sort happens here we could see high 00 to low copper.
Increased my position recently, see some peculiar movement and bids coming in. Thinking this may take another shot at a run. Good luck everyone.
Awesome post!! It’s old but PROVES how SMALL the OS is here!! Do your own DD good luck
Never say never!! Anything is possible in da OTC good luck
Sure, with some creditable news...not from your opinions and 168 dollars though!
Haha so your saying this won’t run!! Hahahahaha
No you are missing the point! There are no traders, there has been no news and this is all but dead for awhile. I have stopped at the company and the owner does not even have enough care or respect to meet and or call a shareholder back from my visit - this is in UT though, the land of pyramid scams and lies....
Your missing the point... $168 brought it up 20%!!! That’s how thin this trades!! IMO this has the potential to fly with the right traders.
Good luck
HUGE day!! We traded $168 dollars...
Super thin!!! Moves with ease!!!
Let’s see how high this will move!
Yea, it appears he surely got my money! I plan on visiting his offices again, and again and again till he talks to me! I am very unimpressed a investor gets ignored, your impressions of him may be very spot on!
Hmmm interesting. There head office was in Fort Lauderdale a few years back pushing there fake Jet fuel company. This guy likes to race his cars and so needs funds to do it so he has these scam companies. BEWARE.
I’ve made plenty off this scam in the past and lost but I’m ahead . People every year should post to new investors to stay clear of this scam
Fuelstream Owner (Mr. Kenneth Denos) never called me after my visit to his offices, that speaks volumes!
Here are a few links of what appears to be his main company and focus, he runs these out of the same office as FuelStream in Draper UT.

Well there are a whole lot of ACADIA GROUPS - This one could be - but there are others in the Health sector. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arcadia_Group
Your timing was interesting here, just left the office! It appears FuelStream is on of several companies under the umbrella of a company called “Acadia Group”. I left my information at with the assistant aligned with FuelStream to give to the CEO which she said would be back in the office around 2pm. I am hoping he calls me. I don’t have the time today but someone needs to do some digging on “Acadia Group”. I did see one piece listing Acadia Disability. I am in UT monthly and plan to stay engaged!
Dayem! I thot it had died!!! LOL Take a box of energy drinks with you to pep it up.
Seems this dog has all but died!! I am in UT next week, plan on seeing if this is anything over than a mirage of a business!
If that is true lvl2 should be lighting up like a Christmas tree soon.
I thought I saw a rumor somewhere that FLST was getting into cryptocurrency mining. Anyone seen anything like that?
Well the bid moved up today from .0007 to .0009. That's progress. lol.
With no market,of course
Nite doesn't get stuck with anything. You may have, but nite never
Hope so. When it does trade, it's violent up or down. lol.
Sorry Nite got stuck with shares. They didn't seek to buy and hold a worthless asset with NO potential.
Its been 6 months since they filed form 15 and 12 months since NITE filed they own a total of over 10% of the outstanding shares, look for filings with Otcmarkets to be utilized in conjunction with some sort of merger. As per filings Nite didn't take stock for no reason this stinky pinky is no different then others its gonna run soon with a small OS

Wish I knew the whys and wherefores of Knight's position...

Every dog has its day right?
Seems like something must be up...
Its been over 90 days since the form 15 was filed from what I see.I expect that sooner then later there will be unaudited pink sheet filings to make this pink sheet current and then some sort of merger to move the stock they intend on selling as do all public company's.
Your right, they haven't been at the Liquordale office in YEARS.. There toast..
Where at in UT? I can do a drive by :)
That is untrue information. They no longer have an office in Fort Lauderdale they moved out of there years ago. The owner is not the race car driver lol he got out of Fuel Stream years ago as well. It was taken over by some lawyers in Utah with absolutely no background in aviation!!!!...those are the ones spending all the stock money on their lifestye!
Yep they have an office in Fort Lauderdale I've been there . The owner like race cars and spends all the stock money in his lifestyle cars waterfront home.
Does this company actually exist other than on paper or is it just another OTC scam?
You forgot to mention the other alternative for filing a form 15,which is to cease filing requirements with the SEC so a company can file with the OTCmarkets which is less costly, less disclosure and easier to do a M or A.Knight Capital Group was not issued stock for no reason.
So which is it?
BREAKING DOWN 'SEC Form 15'
When a company files an SEC Form 15, it usually means one of two things. It may mean that a company is ceasing to exist in a publicly-traded form, either returning to privately-held status or going out of business altogether. Alternatively, it may mean that a company is simply canceling a certain class of securities, replacing them with another class.

Hahahaha.. I know .. Ive been sitting on this for a while.. would. Love to sell at this price but there is one problem...
No VOLUME...
They just filed a form15 so this "might" not be going anywhere
This needs to drop to .0001/.0002 to see any real volume!! Regardless of the SS many traders will not buy at these levels
Sorry.. Like 6 or 7 sales ...hahahah..and this is talking off .. We will be at .01 in no time...
Excuse me? It was actually 345K shares. lol.
I have shares here too and i can notice a pump when i see one.. 245k shares sold.. Oh i cant handle the volume...
Some big volume days should get this thing going- tiny float! Don't really understand what is going on, especially with Knight and the 15, but I have high hopes of heading way north.
Well heck, my post-split 875 shares may really bring home the bacon. Hold me down! FLST
