The prosperity of a country is measured by how it treats its most vulnerable and from this point judge for your self America is destined to lead the world but it needs to look what is happening to its people and rectify the attrocitys commited and covered up before it becomes the shining example of democrocy it truly deserves to be:
This single incident which is quite tame compared to a lot that i have heard about is happening all the time by people who take pleasure in distroying your family and values.
Why are CPS so over worked.......... Because they are taking any child they can and think they can get away with it as they have been doing for all these years from the point that they were paid for each child they Abduct and the immunity given to their workers and foster parents from prosecution . They think they are above the law of the land and will be after all children very soon unless something is done to stop this attrocity of justice.
The people of america and the world need to realize and i hope will take a stance on this issue.
Hopefully if this works the government will stop funding the CPS with Title 4 funding for each and every child they take abuse and commit perjury over .
Even though they called 911 and talked to the operator The police refused to dispatch anyone After talking to two other separate officers again they were not willing to intervene because CPS had taken the child.
In this incident where a child and mother were targeted for religous belief by a school, The child was taken, molestation and rape was covered up whilst the child was in the foster homes and the parent was lied to by Child Protective Services

Report on Ariel Fernandez
Ariel has shared with me many issues that both shock and greatly concern me:
1. In the first foster home the couple (Tim and Tracy Mclaughlin) both smoked heavily inside the home and also drank alcohol on a regular basis. Ariel has told me that the couple would drink and then argue constantly. Ariel told me that the husband (Tim) was constantly yelling at everyone, including Ariel and that he was "creepy".
Ariel has said that the smoke in the house would make it hard for her to breathe, particularly at night and that sometimes she couldn't sleep because the smoke would make her cough.
2. Ariel was sexually abused in the first home by the children of the home. Ariel told me that the 12 year old
daughter (Tamara) and a neighborhood friend (Chrissy Ellis, also 12) forced Ariel into sexual acts with
them on numerous occasions. The eight year old son Zach, was very sexually aggressive towards Ariel and was constantly trying to touch her privates and both him and Tamara were also trying to talk Ariel into perfoming sexual acts on them. The oldest boy, Alex (15) exposed himself to Ariel on at least one occasion and tried to get her to touch him. The oldest daughter, Tamara was with Ariel at the time and told Ariel to look at Alex's privates and to touch his privates. The mother and father of this family give each other sexually explicit gifts including in Ariel's words,"a fake boob that you can drink out of." Zach, Alex, and Tamara regularly watch their parents having sex through a crack in the bedroom door, according to Ariel. When Ariel reported the sexual behavior toward her of the boy, Zach, Ariel told me that the mother, Tracy started to hit Zach and then literally screamed at Ariel. Ariel was removed from the home soon after. Ariel called me the day she was removed from the home and she was very upset. When I asked her what happened she told me she was not allowed to tell me but hinted that something happened with Tracy's son. I had a feeling that something sexual happened and when I called Ramon Sanchez the next day to ask what had happened, he told me a story about Ariel pulling down the boy's pants and slapping Tracy's 2 year old daughter across the face. He also told me that nothing sexual at all had happened. I asked Ariel if she did these things and she absolutely denies it. She says they are lies and she is very, very adamant that she did not and would never slap a 2 year old ever. I believe her.
3. In the second foster home, Ariel has told me that the woman of the home, Karen was very cold towards her. She never wanted to talk to Ariel and when Ariel would talk to her she would "shush her up." Karen was also constantly sending Ariel to her room. Ariel told me that Karen was always watching television and never wanted to be bothered with Ariel. Ariel was very active in and went to sunday school at the church where Karen was the church secretary. Ariel enjoyed sunday school and has converted to Christianity and, as a result, she is no longer a vegetarian, which surprised me somewhat. In Ariel's own words, "Miss Karen should be a lot better with kids." Ariel absolutely hated being with Karen, although she did have a close relationship with one of the pastors of the church she went to (Calvary Christian Fellowship). Karen was very harsh with Ariel when it came to religion. Ariel told me that one of the first things Karen said to her was "Ramon put you with me so that you can get saved." Ariel has told me that every day Karen would "talk" to Ariel about Christianity - Ariel told me she was very harsh with her about it and many times Ariel
would go to her room to get away from her. During some of these talks, Karen told Ariel that the hare krishnas
worship the devil and that her mother would go to hell as a result. She cried when she told me this. I have assured
her that that is not true. She felt better when I told her this. Karen would not allow Ariel to watch her
Disney shows or cartoons because they were "of the devil". Ariel had a little radio in her room that suddenly
broke one day after Karen found her listening to rock music that she told Ariel was "of the devil". Karen also threatened
Ariel regularly with being sent to a group home if she didn't do everything Karen told her to do. She also told Ariel that
if she tried to contact her mother or run away, the police would be called and she would be sent to a group home forever.
Ariel told me that on the day she broke her wrist that Karen was busy watching television and that Ariel ran over a bump
in the middle of the street about a block away from Karen's home. She had been rollerskating in the street! Also I am very
disturbed by the state of Ariel's clothes upon arrival to my home. She had very little clothing at all and the clothing she did
have was in such bad shape I had to throw everything away and buy her new clothes. Everything was too small for her and
she did not have essential items like a jacket, sweater, underwear, or even a nightgown or pajamas. The only decent
thing she had was a pair of tennis shoes that were brand new. I was also concerned because Ariel had a very, very
bad case of lice. Ariel told me that a lot of people at her church had it. Ariel told me Karen treated it with a lice killing
remedy but did not use the gel that came with it. As a result, the lice was still there and was left untreated after that.
The lice was so bad that you could actually see them crawling in her hair and you could see numerous eggs. I have never
heard of anyone having lice this bad. I had to use the lice treatment four times to finally get rid of them. Ariel had to miss
almost a week of school because of this. So disgusting. It also upset Ariel that Karen refused to buy Ariel her school
pictures saying that Ariel may leave at any time. Ariel wanted to mail these pictures to me and her mother and give some to her friends at her church and school. She was also sad that Karen didn't want a picture of her. Ariel told me that she tried to tell both Ramon Sanchez and the psychologist she was seeing about the incidents in the first home, but that neither one of them would listen to her and would ignore any issues. She was told repeatedly that she was not allowed to discuss the case in any way with anyone. She was told that it was against the law to do so.
Ariel loves her mother very much and very much wants to go home. She talks about her mother constantly and from the moment
she gets up in the morning to the time she goes to bed at night she wants to be on the phone with her mother. She has also had quite a few phone conversations with Chris by her own choice and refers to him as her stepfather. She tells me that she likes him.
Ariel told me that during her counseling sessions she was encouraged to say bad things about her mother and Chris and
that this would really upset her. Ariel very much wants to go home and misses her mother terrribly. Ariel has told
me that she knows her behavior in the past wasn't always good but that she thinks that a "demon" from the hare krisha
temple was causing her to act in those ways. Ariel claims she no longer has these compulsions since becoming
a Christian. Ariel has always had a very strong relationship with her mother and it bothers her a lot that she cannot be with her.
On the phone, Ariel asked her mother if her and Chris had gotten married yet; when Kathy told her that her and Chris
had indeed gotten married, Ariel was not one bit surprised and asked her mother for all the details; she was very
happy for her mother. Ariel talks often of going home and in particular her room in Arizona. She wants to play with
her pet mouse and she misses her cat. She also wants to get back to her cheerleading team in Arizona. It has been
Ariels dream since she was 3 years old and the Bring It On movies came out to be a cheerleader. Kathy put her in a
professional cheerleading team and she very badly wants to get back to it. Ariel feels that this dream was snatched
away from her when she was put into foster care.
Ariel very badly wants to go home and I think she should be allowed to. Ariel told me that she is not afraid of
Chris at all; it only scared her when he spanked her, and that has been remedied. Kathy told me that the whole
purpose of attending the particular parenting class that her and Chris attended was to learn how to discipline
better without using physical techniques such as spanking. Chris has told me himself that they cannot discipline
Ariel in any physical way at all again especially now that she has been molested. I believe them but most importantly,
Ariel wants to be with them.
Other issues that are concerning:
Ariel is very upset that Amanda Carlson lied to her. Ariel was told she was going to be attending a "sleep-over" but
instead was placed into foster care. When she was taken from her school, Ariel was repeatedly asking for her mother,
but was told that her mother was unavailable, when in actuality Kathy was in another room in the school.
Ariel has told me very vehemently that she never said at any time that she
didn't want to visit with her mother. On the contrary, she repeatedly asked to see her mother and was put off every
time. At her counseling sessions, Ariel was told that she would be able to see her mother soon but that the visits
never happened, this made Ariel very sad. Lastly, Ariel told me that one of the first CPS workers, she thinks it was
Amanda Carlson, told her that her mother chose Chris over her. What a terrible thing to say to a child! This caused
Ariel great emotional pain and both her mother and I have assured her that that is not the case! Also I have seen
the pictures of Ariel's buttocks taken by the police and they do not match in any way with what was said in the
petition. It was very shocking - what is going on?
This whole experience has traumatized Ariel pretty badly. She is terribly afraid of being put back into foster care; she
told me she was scared the whole time she was in foster care and never felt safe. She needs to be loved and
and she just wants her mother now. Ariel has always been a very spiritual child and is having a hard time dealing
with some of the things that happened to her and also some of the things that were said to her. Ariel does not like playing
with other children for too long and prefers being alone. She told me that the reason she feels this way is because the other
children at school made fun of her because of her clothes and Karen's appearance. Before this, Ariel has always been a
very social little girl and now she acts quiet and withdrawn a lot of the time. Ariel becomes just crushed if she feels that anyone
is mad at her and she acts very clingy, almost babyish at times. She is also quite scared
of the dark and has had nightmares. She has never acted in these ways before. She also has a lot of anger towards
CPS and the foster homes. Ariel is badly in need of therapy to deal with all that has happened to her. I get the feeling
from talking with Ariel that there are things that happened that she hasn't revealed yet. I feel just terrible for Ariel, she did
not deserve this. Something is very, very, wrong with this whole situation - it's just hearbreaking.

This started as a school attacking a mother for her religious beliefs thinking she was single and an easy target for them.
An attack on this family's FAITH and VEGETARIANISM EATING HABITS is totally against the First Amendment of the American Constitution.
This was a little girl 8 years old who took peanut butter and jelly snacks to school and was told she should have Doritos by the class teacher and got the principle to call this child's mother to complain .
They kept interrogating this child in meetings long before they decided to get CPS in on this PERSECUTION AT KEELING SCHOOL in TUCSON She also took daily a salad from a local vegetarian restaurant but was throwing this really good food away because of the peer pressure from the teachers and telling the school she had no food for lunch to eat.........BECAUSE SHE WAS INTIMIDATED BY THE CLASS TEACHER.
