IMO FDBL survives off notes, conversions and shareholders. Any real DD into FDBL's disclosures pretty much states that. Take your own advise and buy buy buy then waiting for that news LOL& GL

The MMs let you see what, they want you to see. I don't put much faith in a ticker based on MM data alone in the OTC world. JMO & GL

FDBL is disappointing at best. Always rumors and that's what the OTC runs on. A few on Twitter have been tweeting on this ticker over the last few months as it continues to drop. Always rumors. I and others are holding our positions BUT dilution has become an absolute joke. Which leads to the question that if this ticker had ANYTHING in the works *RUMOURS* why keep dumping day after day lol. Why continue selling debt paper month after month like the filings are showing lol. Before anyone comments on debt conversion STOP as I know the game very well. Lets see if they have lined their pockets with enough $$$ and are ready to let this go. ALWAYS RUMOURS lol.

Look at the report. I’m not surprised at all. Parties are converting and dumping almost daily. The market cannot and will not absorb all the shares being sold imo. They keep raising the AS for a reason. If the pps hits .0001, they will be forced to reverse so the funders have a market to dump. The company needs money for the subscription revenue is non existent.

What a joke. I billed that out today and it was slow. FanPass is worthless after all. Numbers don’t lie. Dilution is the only reason you send those books to a CPA imo. The financial likely cost much more than the revenue.

The door isn’t wide enough for all the dumping that is likely to come. Those preferred to common are going to flood the market imo. The deal they made with Artist Republik will continue to dilute shareholders. The kid they bought it from gets to maintain - percentage of OS so more and more shares to him as the POS sells down on conversion. The directors, marketing firm, developers all have to get paid too. After seeing they only made $6000 off existing platform, I understand why they had to acquire another company. Problem is, the acquired company had a CEO that we kept as an advisor. That won’t be free either I’m sure.

They have been trying to PR to create a market but without a revenue catalyst, I’m afraid this will see .0001/.0002 before they dilute to 2 bil OS. Converting is too heavy. Simple supply demand.

I agree. When I saw that revenue figure, I knew I was in trouble. All those FanPass signups and only $6,000 is revenue? I’m guessing most of those profiles could be fake. There are only 3 artists really posting videos. The Artist Republik deal is structured for dilution, not favoring shareholders. Preferred issuance will also destroy this stock. I see .0001 soon and then a reverse split.
