Scott Gelbard, principal from theRegencyGroup is returning today from N.Y.C. where he went to "find out what the %^&^$$^! was going on".

Brian said the stock was trading "cleanly" today and his understanding was that "the problem was fixed".

Do an IHUB search. Hundreds if not thousands of spam messages everywhere for XPNG.

One of the reasons it attracted me as a short. All promising a huge promo and easy money for all.

The message being put out reminded me of a wise saying...

"The little guy is only invited to the party when he's the main course."

I would have shorted heavily but I had fear of being wrong. And as a shorter of OTC:BB and pinksheet stocks, fear is your greatest asset. Keeps me going light and having plenty of fire power if wrong.

Well, I received a mailer yesterday(Monday),....
but it wasn't a SSR from Geoffrey Eiten, as was the one on LLLI last month. It was from Michael Williams Market Movers. Not the same quality as the SSR in my opinion. Had a photo on the cover of M.Williams (this guy looks more like a mortician than a stock analyst).

The mailer stated that the stock was/is trading "around a dollar". I believe anyone that looks at the way this has traded the past 2 days will be very skeptical. Seems to me that someone screwed this promo up very badly,IMO.

Anyway, my stop losses took me out of XPNG between .95-.91 yesterday, so I am out of this one for now. I watched it this morn, but decided to stay on the sidelines.

Was able to make a few bucks on AOOR bounce. May try again tomorrow. GLTY on that one.

XPNG Re-entered a position at .855 and Why I did!

Anyone who has done any homework...or closely read the links provided in previous due diligence should know that the collaboration with Dr. Margaret Hanausek and AMC Cancer Research Center brings Dr. Z, the company's second employee, and his former wife together to commercialize the patents that they worked on together a decade ago.

Immunological assay is the qualitative detection piece.
Molecular assay is the quantitative measure that will allow physicians currently treating their patients for cancer whose expression includes heightened levels of the tumor marker p65, to assess the treatment efficacy of their current treatment protocol.

An inexpensive qualitative test, albeit for canines, allows for treatment before a cancerous process becomes infeasible to treat.

Their business plan is intact as described in the 8-K12G3 of 3/18/05

The reason why I reentered a position is that theRegencyGroup's #1 guy is in New York City to find out what the ##&$&%*!! is going on and why. I did go to 0% on Friday at 1.00, but rebought tthose shares today.

There is some serious $ backing the company and they want to get to the bottom of who is shorting the stock.

Time will tell.

You can make fun of the cancer identifier for canines, but it does hold the promise of providing an ongoing revenue stream while the other components of the business plan are being implemented. Whether or not they deliver on the promise, of course, remains to be seen. good luck.

Xpention Genetics Enters into Contract with AMC Cancer Research Center

CONIFER, Colo., Jun 20, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Xpention Genetics, Inc. (OTC BB:XPNG.OB) and AMC Cancer Center in Denver, Colorado sign contract to develop an immunological cancer test for use on canines. The cancer test will use Xpention's licensed p65 technology from the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. P65 is a promising marker for the early detection of malignant tumor formation and a useful tool for monitoring therapy and remission. Levels of p65 also appear to have a direct correlation to tumor mass/size.

Founded in 1904, AMC Cancer Research Center is a not-for-profit research institute dedicated to the prevention and control of cancer and other chronic diseases.

Margaret Hanausek, Ph.D. will lead the development team as AMC's designated Principal Investigator for the project. Dr. Hanausek was one of the co-inventors of the p65 technology while on the faculty at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. While at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, she participated in extensive studies for p65 as a tumor marker in both canines and humans.

I shorted this POS because I didn't think an overhyped, overspammed promo on --- DOG CANCER --- was going to do anything but drop like a ton of bricks.

I put my money where my mouth is, and I'm enjoying, and going to enjoy, every downtick to 10 cents and below.
