My shares aren't worth spit now either, so I'm just going to sit on them. I figure there's a chance that something might be on the works to get the share price of this up down the road, and if not I can just use it for a write off in the future.

I too have only seen one other company RS and not crash afterwards, and that was when GOV RS'd and became OPI; I had sold out beforehand and then got back in later, and so far it's doing okay. A lot of people seem distrustful of the guy running it, but I keep getting my dividends, so I'm just going to sit tight with it for now.

Yes that has happened to me in more than one other reverse splits. LOL it’s just that the transfer agent doesn’t or hasn’t had time to adjust the share Counts yet. I know by now, they should have adjusted it and your account should reflect the accurate share count and share price. As you mentioned this on 7/20. So today unfortunately our shares are worth much less as this I believe anyway will continue to fall. I am out! Good luck to all still holding

Out of this piece of shit! What a joke. Was holding since 2014-ish at .0001. Didn’t even know this was splitting. Yeah some criminal illegal shit should get filed against them. Oh well. I’ve had about five others do the same thing in the past. Looks really good when the transfer agent doesn’t adjust the share count for a couple days… But they freeze your account until they do. There was a time I had millions of dollars in my account but couldn’t sell anything because they did not adjust the share account immediately. They just raised the price.

Not true at all. 1 million shares at .0001 you would’ve had $100 worth now After the split leaves you with 200 shares and worth $70 at current price of $.35

the only ones still in this (meaning profiting) even with a 5000:1 RS is if you purchased your shares at 0.0001 - 0.0002. and the rare few that got in at that and have been holding this long without selling should still be profiting above 100% at the current share price.

How did this get approval for a Reverse split when it is Defunct status is beyond anything Normal, for a defunct company? That has WARNINGS posted by the same agencies that approved the Reverse split.

Yea I know that when it splits my shares will be a fraction of what they were but it’s still all of my original shares at 5 cents. That’s like a 25,000% increase from yesterday. In E*TRADE it shows as a number and the old name but the new ticker symbol is searchable and a few shares have been sold already under the new name. I’m just wondering when E*TRADE will make the change so we can see what transfers over from the old ticker symbol.

Alright FDMF investors who are still in this POS. By my estimation the company should only have about 1 million O/S now which means it’ll be difficult to trade. Very weird that the company just changed their name too. OTC MARKETS website has the ticker up & current as FDMFD now. Let’s see if Kistler can drop an update from his Twitter account at all today or this week. Maybe he’s planning to sell off the company or merge it since there aren’t any shares left. Guess we will have to wait and see. OTC is a crazy place and weirder things have happened. Stay positive and try to get out of your positions intelligently. As for me, I’m going to see what old Cap’n Dippy has up his sleeves. I wish you all a positive path out of this mess. Be smart, be aggressive, and good luck.
