did you review the financials on this....

This is a shareholder lawsuit waiting to happen. Petty sold a bunch of shares at overinflated prices to private buyers....from the treasury, restricted stock... then on a separate spot in the financials they had the money coming into the treasury at par value...I mean he sold stock as high as .15 cents per share when the market price was at .01. What happened to the money? The company can say that they are not responsible for the actions of Petty... but it was company stock that was issued and it is on the financials.

I don't think the price matters at this point. We have to know what the TRUSTUNITS Company plans to do with the FMNJ assets and liabilities. When will you talk with COMIBOL and where do you plan to resume mining?
