Regarding following FMNJ financials, this was always a difficult task to understand. The company's proposed ventures into areas far afield of their stated business such as airlines, oil and gas, hydroelectric, selling gold, etc. and costs for these purported ventures made it difficult to take the financials other than with a grain of salt. What could be believed? Over time the fact that over the years not one venture fulfilled its stated promise caused a lot of us to disregard financials and new gambits. Nothing ever happened that was promised. Therefore, why would financials matter?

Hi Mr Truehart I see you little active now days I know you and I have been here a long long time and we have seen this thing going to 0.15 it was going higher tell Bolivia Remarize nationalize the mining business at the same time and the stuck tank to 0.06 and stays there for little time then William RS it went as low as 0.0001 it went quiet for while then William come up with some news and the stock went again to 0.04 at the corona time then William said he will send new equipment to get the gold and he did now they still there but William dies last December I have met William couple of times in Texas he was smart guy but now he is gone i wonder what the new guy that took over doing with the operation i hope they come out with some thing here .oh forget to mention that he create another company ZICX which did good for while and still there .

Billy had the Bolivian contacts that allowed the show to go on for years. If Ellaire is indeed his widow, the company probably should call it a day and wrap it up for good.

What amazes me is that he sold stock out of the treasury for .16 cents a share and it sold for .001 in another part of the financials,with no showing of where all that money went... what amazes me is that his widow stepped in and became CEO, if she inherited an estate she just put it all in jeopardy and how did the SEC attorney sign off on that... it ain't good....

I have known about the antics of FMNJ management for years. Billy and the coochi coochi girls, the mama llamas and the emaciated boy miners were a few of my favorite topics when I was an "investor" in Frankie. Billy promoted many ventures that died without notice. It was fun despite the money loss.
