it's been like that for awhile in these pennystocks. Many times i see a stock running only for it to stall cause some trader decides to put all of his sell order block on the ask stalling the run. Especially prevalent on low float plays.

There was nothing at .0004 and only 1M or so at .0005 and moron decided to block the ask. I dont get it

yes its speculation either way, however given that shells routinely sell for 250 to 400k plus a share of the new business, not likely someone just walks away from that kind of value and turns out the lights. imo.

amadeus, agree... a "clean" shell can be worth between $100k - $500k, but I don't know how clean this one is as the SEC was after Fleming for lack of proper filings... and I don't know how much Glenn did to clean things up... it appears now that Glenn is just shutting things down to maybe take a loss with his IRS dealings... but that's just conjecture on my part...
