On May 18, 2010 the company announced that it was changing direction from a mining concern to a company that would use it's newly acquired Artzer Z-panel to build hurricane, earthquake, mold and fire resistant buildings. Paul Artzer developed the Artzer Z-panel and he has been hired as VP of R&D.

Outstanding Shares: 39,000,000
Float currently is under a million. All shares are owned by insiders save a few hundred thousand. No shares were announced yet for the merger transaction.
