Fortem Resources is a diversified natural resource company with mainly oil and gas assets in North America and Internationally. Fortem currently holds 100% interest in five subsidiaries, which four contain oil and gas properties and one Gold property.

The company has recently enhanced its technical, operating and management team to help achieve its goals with the development of its current and future assets. Our professionals have encountered a wide variety of business conditions during their careers, spanning from 20 to 35 years in practicing their respective disciplines. The current operating and technical team has proven success in conventional and non-conventional oil and gas plays in North America and internationally. Marc A. Bruner

CEO – Director

Marc A. Bruner has over 30 years of extensive oil and gas knowledge and experience. He founded and held directorships with numerous oil and gas companies.

Mr. Bruner was previously the Chairman and CEO of Falcon Oil & Gas Ltd. and served as Ultra Petroleum Corp.’s founding Chairman where he was involved in developing the Pinedale Anticline in Wyoming. While serving these companies, Mr. Bruner oversaw negotiations and contracts with global oil and gas companies including Halliburton, Exxon Mobil, Questar Gas and Hess Corporation.

Michael Caetano

C0O – Director

Mr. Caetano has over 20 years of successful business development and leadership in a wide variety and range of businesses. Along with his business experience he specializes in corporate structures, capital funding and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Caetano possesses a combination of high energy, entrepreneurial spirit and innate curiosity, which will serve Fortem well in its goal of becoming a worldwide leader in the oil and gas exploration and production industry.

Robert DaCunha, BA

CFO – Director

Mr. DaCunha earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto. He has over 10 years of broad finance experience with financial institutions as well as private and public companies. He has been appointed onto the board of directors of several companies and has strong understanding of compliance and audit requirements. Mr. DaCunha is proficient in financial analysis and concentrates on the details pertaining to running a successful organization.

Robert Martin P. Geol.

Geological Consultant

Mr. Martin has been on the Board of Directors for many private and public O&G companies. He has over 30 years of petroleum and minerals exploration & exploitation experience in all parts of the world, with several successful O&G exploration projects and well discoveries.

Michael Kamis P. Eng.

Engineering Consultant

Mr. Kamis is President of APEX Consulting Inc, which specializes in the Oil and Gas industry. He has over 35 years of experience in all aspects of the domestic and global petroleum industry, with emphasis in reservoir and economic feasibility evaluations.

Doug M. MacLellan P. Eng.

Engineering Consultant

Mr. Maclellan has over 30 years of management experience with major and junior O&G companies in areas of technical/engineering, production, operations and reservoir evaluation. Mr. Maclellan was a former President, COO, and CEO of several public Oil and Gas companies as well as a Global Venture Capitalist and an O&G industry /government liaison.

NOTE: The chart below is a guesstimate... but corresponds to the valuation FRTM has ascribed to the acquisition agreements they made. 
So far the base amount for these acquisitions has been $2 per share.  AND KEEP IN MIND,  these are initial valuations.
 The value of the acquisitions will multiply as the properties are developed and the stock price increases.  

It's my conviction that as each of these acquisitions are developed and reach their potential, they could each add a valuation of $20 per share.  
Sounds crazy... but that's the beauty of multiplication.
