The spin off news is exciting. Could be a good way to work around the current legal situation, IMO.
Good to see something happening here. Found some info on spin-offs and what benefit they may have. All of the articles I read were positive though there are some caveats. Here's a good article that covers pros and cons:
http://www.minyanville.com/businessmarkets/articles/spin-offs-corporate-spin-offs-spinoffs/6/24/2010/id/28901
Seeing that this is a real product and is utilized in mainstream technology, this move may be the thing to isolate the one product this company has of value and maximize its potential and profitability, for all of us :). Just my hopeful opinion.
i like what your saying!! lets hope for the best cause i have been in this for 1 1/2 years and have been accumulating for ther pasxt month since volume has been accumulating. I have read a few articles on spin-offs/spin-outs and am convinced this is only going up from here.I will keep accumulating as volume and pps go up. lets go FNXC
Meaning of Spin-off and usually when a company spin-off a section of its business , it is positive for the stock price and rallies prior to the spin-off
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corporate_spin-off
JUST a reason to get this one to take off.. everything needs a reason.. the 8k is one...last 8k filing was over a 16 MONTHS AGO..it's at .0002 odds are it will move up rather then down....IMO ROB..

This thing will ramp up the last part of May,when earnings come out. Until then its going to be slow going. Get em while their not hot.
Some volume could get us to .0004's today, maybe 5's and 6's...
At least we know that so far this company hasnt dump shares for dilution. It is building strong support at these levels. I too bought in at 4 knowing that it was a BIGRISK but alas, it has stayed in the area. All it needs is a GOOD SHOT in the ARM and we can see the pps go NORTHWARD. Good luck to All...GO FNXC
Man I haven't been even on this since I got .0004's. Plays mind games with me as with a couple of million of shares, I've been down from $200-$600 on any given day. There was one day, all buys and I thought it would go, but alas no. I admit bought on the trip zero drunken buying spreee.
Thanks wish it was me that wacked it! :0
wow I wish you GOOD LUCK.Thought we would be at 0003/4 today but it stalled on us again.Nice volume on Mon.
I was the one that bought 24,950,000 shares on monday at .0002 and I will not dump them unless we get to a penny
lol 0001 bidwhack OK you WIN

Shame, not a whole lot of .0001ers that are able to move up this easy. Most get stuck at .0001/.0002 and no amount of volume will move it. Whereas this one will fly with volume. We'll see what happens.
Well with know volume hitting 0003 i would think people will start bidwhacks sells at 0002 and move on.Could see 0001/2 again.Stalled again.
Strange indeed, this L2 looks ready to run, moves easily as we saw yesterday.
LOL who is the smart ass with the bidwhack 5 seconds after my post. You think that is funny.Want to play HARDBALL here.

Fonix VoiceIn Game Edition rushes into Unreal Engine 3
Fonix Corporation, a company that specialises in voice-recognition technology, has announced a deal with Epic Games in order to integrate their VoiceIn Game Edition voice-recognition software into their Unreal Engine 3. In case you haven't been keeping on top of the latest developments in video game technology, Epic's Unreal Engine 3 is designed to deliver cutting-edge graphics to the next generation of video games on both consoles and PC.
From action games to military simulations, the Unreal Engine provides the platform and tools to develop cutting-edge 3D projects. We offer three versions of the engine:
Unreal Engine 3
UE3 is Epic's next-generation technology, intended for games shipping on next-generation consoles and PCs. Multiple UE3-powered games are currently in development at Epic and by our licensees, targeting a diverse set of genres from fighting games to MMPOGs to shooters. Recently, Epic announced that it will be using Unreal Engine 3 in upcoming titles Unreal Tournament 2007 and Gears of War. For more Unreal Engine 3 licensing news, including announcements of support for Sony’s Playstation 3 and Microsoft’s Xbox 360, visit www.epicgames.com.
Unreal Engine 2X
UE2X has been highly optimized for the Xbox, and makes full use of Xbox-only graphical and architectural features. This is the engine behind the jaw-dropping visuals of Unreal Championship 2: The Liandri Conflict.
Unreal Engine 2
This is the current generation technology seen in Unreal Tournament 2004. UE2.5 is targeted at today's hardware and consoles; it supports DirectX8 and OpenGL on PC, Mac, Linux, Xbox, and PS2.
We offer excellent support directly by the engine's developers. We also provide the Unreal Developer Network as a resource to both engine licensees and the mod community

IDV, Epic Bring Speedtree to Unreal Engine 3
Following news of similar additions to Epic's Unreal Engine, Interactive Data Visualization, Inc. (IDV) has announced that it has joined Epic Games' Integrated Partners Program to fully integrate SpeedTreeRT into Unreal Engine 3 and is now available for licensing directly from IDV.
SpeedTreeRT, which, the company notes, won the 2005 Front Line Award for middleware, delivers highly realistic trees and plants, with adjustable wind effects, user-configurable and seamless LOD transitions, and an included library of more than 1,000 tree, plant and marine models representing 200 species. SpeedTreeRT includes SpeedTreeCAD, a Windows application used to create and edit animated trees in real-time.
"IDV's technology relationship with Epic began several years ago and has put SpeedTree in the hands of a large community of outstanding game developers," said IDV President Michael Sechrest. "Formalizing the partnership is an obvious next step and lets our customers know how committed we are to working with Unreal Engine 3."
Under the terms of Epic's Integrated Partners Program (IPP), which creates formal business relationships with selected companies that develop cross-platform technologies to integrate with Unreal Engine 3, IPP partner companies agree to provide a high level of technical support for UE3 licensees through Epic's established support channels, keep their implementations up-to-date with the latest UE3 versions, and work with Epic on potential promotional and co-marketing efforts.
"SpeedTree is a very popular option for outdoor gaming across the range of genres and platforms," said Mark Rein, Vice President, Epic Games, Inc. "We're pleased that our customers can now license this technology and be confident that it has been fully integrated with Unreal Engine 3, and that there are dedicated support resources at IDV to help them maximize its impact within the UE3 environment."
The partnership with SpeedTree marks the latest in a line of third-party additions to the Unreal Engine 3 suite, with Quazal's Spark! "lobby in a box", Fonix Speech's VoiceIn Game Edition software, and Engenuity's AI.implant software all having been implemented in the past several weeks.

SAMSUNG SMARTPHONE with CHINESE voice recognition.
There's a telecom expo going on right now in Hong Kong, which helps o explain all the recent cellphone announcements and groovy mockups we've seen. Now Samsung is getting into the mix with a smartphone of its own, the SGH-i718. Running on Windows Mobile 5, the i718 has a 2.0-megapixel camera, microSD support and the like, but because it's only scheduled to be released in China as of yet, it also features Chinese voice recognition. They've also thrown in some sort of business card reader. It also looks pretty decent. So good, in fact, there's a few more shots after the jump.
