MMG is no longer involved. They sold their preferred shares to Philip Kovak. That person is who you would need to talk to. So far, I've not heard of anyone who has been able to get in contact.

It still might IF they go through with an RM AND take it current. They stated months ago that they had buyers. My guess is that they are trying to smoke out the toxic lenders.

I don't know what you mean by that. .0001 was the last price paid.

It is unlikely that it will go up much in this market, as a lot of this is wholesale. You will not be able to buy unless you are accredited. Check with your broker to see if you can sell.

MMG is no longer involved, having sold their preferred shares to Mr. Kovak. Intersection Capital had buyers lined up months ago, before Mr. Kovak took over. I don't know if that is being acted upon.

Since the Three Amigos have moved to the Expert Market, regular retail investors will not be able to buy. Not sure about selling, but who would want to sell at these price points? GLTU

Of course. Most retail buyers are cut off. Significantly reduced demand means significantly reduced SP. You are seeing it all over the OTC. Those that are not current are dragging down the current stocks. All red.

Ok, does that mean no filings necessary and no CE? They can still move on with clearing toxic debt and Intersection capital can stil do there merger during this time. If they get a grace period with no need for filing we will be in dark but if no CE people can still buy and sell as they please. Good and bad. I just hold hope that there is you much time and money on the table to just walk away. We'll see......
