Its simple imo, after yesterday's hearing the common are going to be canceled but not today.If someone were to have access to pacer,you would be able to read what went on in yesterday's hearing.IMO this will trade until the date of cancellation and mm's will make a market if you want to buy and sell.Just be nimble lol

wow! having read that news paper article about the 'commons not surviving' I figured this would've sold down to 000s. why would a newspaper provide that info (which is typically the case for commons during a bankruptcy to not survive), yet the share price is still not down what you figure it would be?

Law says license must be suspended after a DWI arrest, YET lawyers still find ways around the law. Same concept here, what legal documents say is one thing but what the lawyers/trustee decide is another!
