Hi Dutchtreat....

I was away for a week and then busy catching up when I got home...

I don't know anything further on Nashville and Gene. Gene said he would give monthly updates in his last news release, but has effectively disappeared. Nashville shareholders were promised a part in Trimark, but that seems very unlikely to happen given that everything else that was promised also didn't happen. I am not holding my breath. It remains to be seen whether Trimark actually materializes into anything marketable at all.

It is not a very happy story. All of us who were shareholders are victims. Whether Gene is also just a victim, a villain, or caught in between is hard to prove -- everyone will likely have their own opinion on that.

Meanwhile, Welltek has also gone into sleeping mode. I have not heard anything more from the company. I tried leaving a message on their voicemail, but it was not responded to. My guess is that they have shelved any plans they had until a future date, and that Welltek effectively has become a shell.

I sold some Welltek recently in one portfolio (in order to capture the tax loss) and have been trying to pick up an equivalent number in another portfolio -- a rebalancing of sorts. I have a buy order in for 323 shares at .45, in case anyone is interested.

when zlnk gets another filing and the cat is FINALLY let out of the bag that thing is gonna move hard imo. its wound tight in the .01-.02 range. a couple of million share days could push it over .05 easy imo.

A couple of interesting stocks currently:

1. ZLNK has a RM in the works; there was an initial flurry of interest and now a quiet in-between time awaiting the full implementation.

2. FREZ also has life after a long period of dormancy. Also a RM with a Chinese company. More details on the FREZ board.

Hi FBS....

How's things? What kinds of stocks are you trading these days?

Perhaps of interest is JCDS - it seems to have sprung to life with a vengeance in the past few days, and the main naysayer is now a pumper! Not sure how far it will go, but could be an interesting quick flip perhaps. It is one I have been sitting on for awhile -- longer than I expected to or wanted to!

Another stock of interest is ASPO - seems to be set up for a pending RM. This one has been dormant for awhile, and then a 15:1 RS was declared in April 2008. The implementation of that RS just happened a few days ago along with a symbol change. Perhaps the RM that they have sought for awhile is now finally ready to go... there may be some opportunity there.

There is also renewed buying interest in FBCE - another one I have sat on for awhile. Something in the works??

Also ZLNK - it is ready for action - literally, because there is a pending RM with Action Energy. This one surged up, now has quieted back down (so buying opportunity now) and will likely soon take off when news of the RM is released.

JMHO and Caveat Emptor (Latin: "Let the buyer beware")

Hello all, been busy with Christmas events but did get in on several of the dry bulk shippers' run and am still sailing in calm waters. Most of these stocks have a HUGE short interest and will need to cover. I feel these stocks will be early indicators of recovery as products must be shipped before they can be sold.

DRYS - In at $4.50 still holding at $12.76
DSX - In at $8 still holding at $14.07
OCNF - In at $3 still holding at $3.93

All of the above pay dividends but OCNF just suspended theirs.

Two Other stocks I am big on right now:

ASFX--Maker of the Thermofocus 5 in 1 thermometer. I feel a move will come within weeks, if not sooner. Check out the board all as I believe it is worth the time for DD. 4 years of audited Financials and it looks like uplisting is coming very soon. Quality management team, not a bunch of pretenders. They have committed to only securing non dilutive PO financing going forward. Many products, but one above is the main seller right now, sold in all 6,200 Walgreens nationwide, as well as Babies R Us and others. Definitely worth more than a passing glance at .0027 currently!!!

AKYI--One of their divisions--Tecknocreations--makes the Incharge product for the Wii, X-Box360, and now Playstation3. These products selling like hotcakes and steady progress being made with various etailers and retailers. It is not even PR'd yet, but one can see the product being sold on Walmart.com!! And this charging product is BETTER than the competition based on the DD I have done by reading reviews all over the internet. Cannot tell you for sure when this rocks, but ROCK IT WILL--IMO! Trading at only 1 penny right now.

Might want to take a look at SPC FBS....company with over $2 Billion in annual sales--Remington Shavers, Ray-o-Vac batteries, etc. etc., with 52 million O/S and 38 Million Float. Company presently valued at just under $7 Million....that's $7 MILLION.
