i guess this is my farewell, all is well but i just just realized, all these years i was an addict, lookin for a quick hit, lookin for the pot of gold. Well, maybe that would be possible in a market that is fair and credible but in a market as we have today which is full of corruption, deception and is geared to steal our money its extremely difficult to beat the system. Be careful everyone, the stock market is simply a way for companies to print their own money. Its a place for liars and thieves to steal your money, many of these companies are absolutely worthless. Its a place for salesmen and the fast talkers, like a car salesman trying to take your money.

Here is a simple way to think of the stock market, it is no different than going to Las Vegas, its gambling plain and simple. If you have some extra cash and feel like roling the dice then put some money in the stock market but you must realize that you could lose it all. I guess another way to say it is, imagine you went to Las Vegas and you knew the machines were rigged to steal your money. Would you still play the machine? No, you would not. Well, the stock market is rigged to steal your money so why throw your hard earned money into a game that is rigged to steal your money? My advice is to stay away from the stock market. The only money you should ever put into the greatest scam every put on the American people is play money, meaning, money that you are willing to bet and possibly lose it all, just like going to the casino and playing the slots. Good luck to everyone.

I have finally broken out of this hell, I no longer have that urge to throw my money into this bottomless pit. I smiled the day Kenneth Lay died, I hope he goes straight to hell for lying to all the good people out there who invested their hard earned money into all his lies. Thats what people need to realize, the market is corrupt, its full of people trying to sell shares into the market, in other words, print your own money, it really is the biggest scam ever created. Well, i know people have lost money on many stocks i have posted over the years and i'm sorry for that. But i never meant for anyone to lose money, whenever i talked about a stock i truly thought it had a chance to go higher and make people money. Little did i know that the stock market was so corrupt. Good thing i have two jobs or i wouldn't have a chance in hell. I always bet money i could afford to lose. Please do the same, do not bet money that you need to live your everyday life. Only bet play money in the stockmarket, meaning money that you could afford to lose and if you did lose it would have no effect on your lifestyle. I truly wish all the good people here all the best and i apologize to those who have lost money following my picks. My intentions were genuine, but nothing is as it appears in the stock market, be careful.

I was told by Matt that he will not allow 2 boards for the same stock/stock symbol. I see no reason why we can't have a premium and free board for the same stock. Sorry, to have it happen so quickly but after reading and going at it with certain posters on the Q board i felt the time was right.

Take care all. I asked Matt to terminate my account here. I won't be renewing my subscription. I asked for a new board recently called Q Television, a premium board for the paying members who want to post in an environment without having to deal with all the nonsense of the other board but I was told that only one board will be allowed per stock symbol. California businesses must treat same-sex domestic partners the same as married couples, the state Supreme Court ruled today in the case of a lesbian couple seeking family membership in a golf club.

The ruling was the court’s first on the scope of the state’s domestic partner law, which took effect this year and granted to registered partners most of the rights of spouses under state law. Same-sex couples of any age, and opposite-sex couples in which one member is 62 or over, are eligible to become registered partners. About 27,000 couples have registered with the secretary of state.

The justices crafted a narrow ruling that sidestepped the couple’s argument that a business policy favoring married couples discriminates on the basis of sexual orientation -- similar to arguments raised in a separate case challenging California’s ban on same-sex marriage. There was no need to address that issue in this case, the court said Monday, because no evidence was offered that the golf club’s policy was intended to discriminate against gays and lesbians.

Instead, the court said the Unruh Act, a California law requiring businesses to treat customers equally, prohibits discrimination based on marital status in at least some circumstances -- in particular, when the customers are domestic partners.

“A business that extends benefits to spouses it denies to registered domestic partners engages in impermissible marital status discrimination,’’ said Justice Carlos Moreno in the 6-0 ruling.

He noted that businesses can easily distinguish registered partners, who have documented their relationship with the state, from other couples or casual friends.

Like the decision to marry, a decision to enter into a domestic partnership results in “the creation of a new family unit with all of its implications in terms of personal commitment as well as legal rights and obligations,’’ Moreno wrote. For those couples, he said, “the Legislature has granted legal recognition comparable to marriage.’’

In other circumstances, Moreno said, a company’s policy favoring married over unmarried customers can be justified by “legitimate business reasons.’’

The ruling revived a lawsuit filed in 2001 by B. Birgit Koebke and Kendall French of San Diego after the Bernardo Heights Country Club refused to grant French spousal status under the membership that Koebke had bought for $18,000 in 1987. Members’ spouses can pay golf at the club for free, but unmarried guests have to pay $40 to $75 a round and can play only six times a year.
