Interesting Interview, under the radar with virtually no viewership, explains the process from A to Z:
THIS AUTHOR'S INVESTMENT THESIS:
This statement from the CEO of Wave, whose background is impeccable and legit, is an endorsment and summarization of my investment thesis:
"We look forward to working with Fineqia to gain access to non-correlated, high-quality debt opportunities and continue growing our partnership as they continue to push the envelope around issuing Digital Asset backed bonds."
To me, that implies that he is going to be a client once we pass the final tests of UK regulators. We are currently in the UK Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA) Sandbox Regulatory Program. I suspect Black Insure and PremFina will be suppliers of crypto asset backed bonds on our emerging debt platform. Nivaura is the foundation. Wave will be a client, and our Chairman's connections (also Chairman of the Oracle Group) will provide more clients.
Phunware is just an investment and not really a partner in my eyes. It is, however, part of an emerging portfolio of blockchain related companies. Therefore, I view Fineqia as both a startup and a mutual fund with a single focus on blockchain securities.
