I don't think it's over as I believe it to be the beginning based on the merger still has to be completed as it stated in the press release as "definitive"

Yeah I agree, very simple really, if the new company merging in has real revenue and then the combined org grows revenue for a few quarters and they go to uplist it could be a much lower split.

I will say most OTC company aren't real companies with real revenues. So they basically go through the process your mentions of reverse splitting the re diluting the stock and then reverse splitting with no real revenues.
Time will tell with how this plays out but I noticed that the mention in there press release that they would do "up to a 25 to 1 reverse split".
That tells me that it is a possibility worse case scenario as PPS will dictate that upon the move to up listing to a another exchange. That being said PPS will be dictated by what the company is doing in actual revenues.
However, we will still need to see them close on the merger first then see there business plan and numbers they post in there filings.
So it is still to early to say which way this will go.
We will know more as they make future announcements about the endeavor.

Over 4 million traded last week on Thursday and Friday. In DTC only 33 million free trading. Everything else is locked up tight.
The shares in DTC are held by long term investors and not traders. Short now and get burned as this ride is just starting. We will see if the bids hold up. BioRegenx, Inc is no BS and company make tons of money. Read up on them.
Call the company as they pick up the phone. I expect to see up listing down the road to Nas. New investors on two solid real companies. Key here is buy for your self down low here under .50 and then tell your friends. So glad to be onboard here. We are in the medical business now. Amazing job the new president has done to grow the business correctly and professionally. My Hat is off to him. What a way to start off the new year.

From what I could find, there is less than 100,000 shares available to short.

We shall see if it is buyers over $0.04 or sellers under $0.10 who show up tomorrow.

Less than 5 million shares traded from the point of announcement.

If there isn't much overhang coming out, there isn't much resistance for this to run.

We shall see if a significant bid shows up at $0.04, preferably $0.05 tomorrow.

Also waiting to see how much selling comes up below $0.10, but seeing a decent bid is more important.

We shall see if there is significant selling on Tuesday or if the float is relatively low.

A smallish reverse split is far different than the 1:1,000+ ones that happen.

I have been in the OTC for well over a decade, not one single time has a reverse split worked out to the good for traders, not ever ... ever, despite all the pumpers that have claimed the opposite. If I was loaded right now, I would cash out that 200% gain first thing come Tuesday .... if it runs you can always jump back in. At least ride free shares....

TBH, I was so close to pulling the trigger about a week ago, held off. Missed that 200%, that would have been great way to close out the year

Today's 2 million shares traded represents a good amount of the trading float.

As I already mentioned, there isn't much evidence of frontloading before the news.

This has the ability to run because of how tightly held the shares are and because there isn't someone who loaded in anticipation of this.
