roughly 1.2 million dollars traded today on VCSY, share price has been moving up ever since the Microsoft settlement was announced, something is going on, not sure what lol but i thing this may move nicely.

Vertical Computer Systems, Inc. (the "Company") has settled the patent infringement claim that the Company initiated in federal court against Microsoft Corporation. This matter has previously been disclosed under the heading "Legal Proceedings" in the Company's Annual Report on Form 10-KSB for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2007.

Pursuant to the confidential settlement agreement, the Company has granted to Microsoft a non-exclusive, fully paid-up license under the patent which was the subject of the legal proceeding.

HLXH appears to be extremely undervalued. TIny float. 100% y/o/y growth. No debt. Large cash position. It is in the wrong industry but the Hamptons appear to be bucking the trend. The next earnings annc could be their best ever. Just a few weeks away.

a possibility with SHRPQ, a company may want to reverse merge into SHRPQ. It easier than an IPO. The SHRPQ shell has a value and millions of people know about the SHRP symbol. Would be a perfect fit for some company since you get insant access and the attention of many many shareholders.

SHRPQ really intrigues me, i bought 40k shares on fri at an avaerage of .11. Is it worth anything or willl shareholders be wiped out? I really dont know but i am trying as hard as possible to get the correct info
