Not sure how low this is going to go but will probably be tied to how the market does. It’s probably a good idea to look for level of strong support and then wait for it to come to you. There were a limited number of tech stocks pushing the market up and they were most likely over bought. It wouldn’t surprise me to see a substantial correction as there has been a disconnect with the market and the reality of what’s happening in the economy. You can’t measure quality of life by the DJIA or Nasdaq. I’d average in at specific levels of support or wait for the big flush in the Dow or Nasdaq or both. With the addition of internet security FSLY is looking to be more than a provider of just speed with high volume capacity.

My guess is whoever buys Tic Tok will keep FSLY. They provide speed of computing and they’re good at it with infrastructure and software at the edge of the cloud and in vicinity of the client where many slowdowns occur. With Tic Tok being heavily weighted to video this is essential and why mess with something that is so effective. If by some chance FSLY loses Tic Tok, which I don’t think will happen, they are a juggernaut and will take a short time hit and keep on truckin.

To all the smart people on the board: I'm wondering about this Tik-Tok thing; a little confused. Does FSLY need tik-tok or does tik-tok need FSLY. If tik-tok is bought by another company (foreign or domestic) will tik-tok still use the FSLY protocols/software? OR would the company purchasing tik-tok cease using FSLY platforms?

I'm holding, no matter what (unless it tanks or something else).

Good support in high $70's low $80's, very favorable risk reward situation. Long term, stock is very promising fundamentally. Big Fortune 500 companies being signed every quarter. New product to be launched. Technically, gap around $109 should provide a bullish move as we draw closer. Sold multiple $82 puts, this feels likes it wants to go higher now.

I agree. The news of losing Tik Tok is already baked in and then some. I would think at this point their earnings would take over and it starts to March back up. Today is such a huge move though it makes me nervous

What Fastly does is in its name. Optimizing speed and quality of connections with high demand websites like tic tock or e-commerce or even zoom could use their service. Zoom and Fastly are very different

thanks Jack - certainly things to wonder (or worry?) about. I think it's safe to say ZOOM isn't going anywhere and it has been highly successful. I would think FSLY is a major competitor to ZOOM.

I guess we'll see.

Was wondering the same thing. Would Microsoft or Oracle replace Fastly with their own tech. I think Microsoft would but not sure if Oracle can. Just guessing
