Cannot find any hidden dirt or bad surprises. This is a quality company that is making money and on the verge of making a ton of money and being profitable this year. Gaming, eSports, and advertising directed to young people are growing industries.

They have no debt.
They have $67M in assets.
They have $20M in liabilities.
Their next earnings report will be in 6-8 weeks.
They are NAZ and want to get the pps over $1.
Their TTM (trailing 12 months of revenue) is $58M.
Institutions own 45% of them.
Their RSI is very good and trending higher.
They have passed their 200-day moving average.
The short interest has been recently decreasing.

Yesterday was a fast race north, with a ton of flippers and day traders. Many made a quick buck. They will always be here, but today seems to be more real investors. The volume is less and the pace is not as crazy. Maybe this time the price will hold. But, eventually, the buyers and holders will take control and the flippers will be a small piece of the action.

Brand Sponsorships



The Company offers advertisers a full range of promotional vehicles, including but not limited to online advertising, livestream announcements, event content generation, social media posts, logo placement on the Company’s official merchandise, and special appearances of members of the Company’s talent roster. The Company’s brand sponsorship agreements may include multiple services that are capable of being individually distinct; however the intended benefit is an association with the Company’s brand, and the services are not distinct within the context of the contracts. Revenues from brand sponsorship agreements are recognized ratably over the contract term. Payment terms and conditions vary, but payments are generally due periodically throughout the term of the contract. In instances where the timing of revenue recognition differs from the timing of billing, management has determined the brand sponsorship agreements generally do not include a significant financing component.



Content



The Company and its talent roster generate and produce original content which the Company monetizes through Google’s AdSense service. Revenue is variable and is earned when the visitor views or “clicks through” on the advertisement. The amount of revenue earned is reported to the Company monthly and is recognized upon receipt of the report of viewership activity. Payment terms and conditions vary, but payments are generally due within 30 to 45 days after the end of each month.



The Company grants exclusive licenses to customers for certain content produced by the Company’s talent. The Company grants the customer a license to the intellectual property, which is the content and its use in generating advertising revenues, for a pre-determined period, for an amount paid by the customer, in most instances, upon execution of the contract. The Company’s only performance obligation is to license the content for use in generating advertising revenues, and the Company recognizes the full contract amount at the point at which the Company provides the customer access to the content, which is at the execution of the contract. The Company has no further performance obligations under these types of contracts and does not anticipate generating any additional revenue from these arrangements apart from the contract amount.

I'm still doing DD on the company, and there is much to like - now! They have money, are paying off debt, and stated that they want the stock to be over $1 soon.

FaZe (NASDAQ:FAZE) stock is taking off on Tuesday after the e-sports company announced a multi-million dollar sponsorship deal with Rollbit.

This deal has Rollbit acting as the sponsor of FaZe Clan’s Counter-Strike team outside of the United States. Investors will note that FaZe’s Counter-Strike team ranked number one in the world according to the CS2 Valve World Ranking.

FaZe Clan President Erik Anderson said the following about the sponsorship deal with Rollbit:

“We believe this marks one of the largest sponsorship deals in the history of Counter-Strike and esports, as brands like Rollbit look for new ways to connect with large, highly engaged global audiences. are like me, they got in at .25 and higher. I bought some in the 30s today. Thus, my cost is much higher than those who sold today, who owned this for .10 and less. I'm thinking that the selling will abate and there will be a continual move north. Then, with new products and great FINS, we soar. An analyst stated today that the company wants to get above $1 very quickly. Can only do that with FINS and deals.

So, I can't find any reason this is an actual company with a Product.... Rather it is a team of LeBron like gamers, that exist as a team to Self Enrich their own lifestyles... and now they just have Sponsorships to play their e-sport..... What happens if they start getting beaten, or they are outdated? What else do they have that would add Value to the Shareholder? Seems like buying Stock in the Green Bay Packers... Cool for some, But not really an exchangeable equity....

A Los Angeles-based media company is already stealing the show on Tuesday after the company announced a new multi-million dollar Esports sponsorship deal. According to the release, under the terms of the partnership, Rollbit will become a global partner of the company’s Counter-Strike team.

Traders were excited about the news as they were quick to snatch up shares of FaZe Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq:FAZE) during premarket hours, with traders currently bid for shares at $0.27/share (+74.76% implied open for sellers) at the time of writing. It should certainly be an interesting session for this micro cap!
