GeckoSystems' CEO Recaps Meeting with Nissan Autonomous Car Researchers

Jan 26, 2015 (ACCESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- CONYERS, GA / ACCESSWIRE / January 26, 2015 / GeckoSystems Intl. Corp. (OTC Pink: GOSY) (PINKSHEETS: GOSY) (http://www.geckosystems.com) GeckoSystems' CEO, Martin Spencer, met with senior management and master roboticists of several Japanese companies last month, renewing old relationships and creating new ones. For over seventeen years GeckoSystems has dedicated itself to development of "AI Mobile Robot Solutions for Safety, Security and Service(TM)."
A new relationship was begun with Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. when they requested that Mr. Spencer meet with three of their master roboticists at the Nissan Advanced Technology Center in Atsugi-shi. Those three individuals, Drs. Noriko Shimomura and Toshihiro Asai and Mr. Hikaru Nishira, Manager, represented Nissan's Mobility Services Laboratory, Research Division 2, which is responsible for Nissan's autonomous car R&D in Japan. Three other Nissan roboticists, also English speaking, accompanied Nissan's lead researchers for their autonomous car development. Nissan's primary autonomous car R&D is in Sunnyvale, CA.

"It was a good meeting, but with short notice we had no time to get a formal, written non-disclosure agreement in place, so I trusted Dr. Shinomura's good faith promise that a mutually acceptable NDA would be forthcoming as soon as the appropriate Nissan corporate officer returned to Japan," commented Spencer.

At the meeting Mr. Spencer was asked two important questions by the Nissan representatives:

1. How does GeckoSystems' self-navigation AI software, GeckoNav(TM), work?

2. How would this technology recognize and respond appropriately to urban stoplights?

Two hours later, after saturating two whiteboards, these Nissan autonomous car researchers were well informed as to how GeckoSystems "does it." Mr. Spencer candidly discussed how fundamentally different sensor systems are sensor fused within GeckoSystems' navigation system. Dr. Shimomura confirmed that Nissan was using an approach similar to that used with GeckoSystems' software navigation system, GeckoNav and the company refers to this as a "biologically inspired hierarchy." At the end of the meeting, the Nissan attendees assembled two sets of the self-copying whiteboard presentation by Mr. Spencer for internal usage and distribution.

Plan of Operations:

The Company plans to continue increasing market share and revenue from
AcnEase®, the Company’s all botanical acne treatment, through a number of
e-commerce initiatives and traditional distribution.

To support this objective, in the 3nd quarter of 2014, the Company deployed
a number of aggressive social media events and tactics including blog
initiatives in France, upgrading its French and Spanish content, and social
media outreach programs in the USA and Canada. The Company hired a native
French Social Media Marketing Specialist and a Content Writer to further
support the above initiatives. The Company also signed an agreement to
commence e-commerce commercialization of Herborium’s unique sexual
enhancement formulas Lasting Power® and Lasting Pleasure®.

Third Quarter Achievements:

Herborium recognized sales of $169,450 in Q3 of 2014 compared to sales of
$82,600 in Q3 of 2013, an increase of 105%.

The Company’s gross profit increased from $60,300 in Q3 of 2013 to $108,450
in Q3 of 2014, an increase of 80%.

The loss from operations decreased by 50% from the previous quarter, from
$62,196 in Q3 of 2013 to $30,670 in Q3 of 2014.

Herborium to partake in $4.8 billion vodka market with its proprietary

announced today that it has partnered with KAMASUTRA (USA), LLC to
commercialize their unique natural herbs vodka product in the Fall of
2012. The vodka formula, label and packaging have already been approved by
TTB (Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau). Market share for vodka in
the USA is $4.8 Billion in annual sales with both on premise and home
consumption on a rise. This market does not include any additional
potential from the broader liquor market, whose consumers search out
innovation and alternative choices in all the products and services they
purchase. KAMASUTRA (USA) LLC is a US partner of the German Bismarck

Hello friends and shareholders,

First and foremost, I am handing you my hat in hand, with an apology for delays and let you know things are looking great. Fortunately being we are full SEC reporting we have to make sure all paperwork is fully compliant with Finra filings requirements.

We are working overtime to insure this is done properly the first time. We have learned from the past how paperwork can affect everything, like the DTC/CEDE transfer issues because of paperwork not being a filed in late 2012.

Yes this is the basic root cause for the brokerage clearing issue we have experienced.

We have found a great new partner in our relationship with Pacific Stock Transfer and their various assets of the well informed staff they employ.
Between Susanne, Brooks and Matt, we have located the source and solution to our DTC issues.
We are correcting those issues right now.
With Suzy's knowledge and skills, we now are filing all the correct paperwork and corporate actions with Finra, the SEC, DTC/CEDE and having Pacific file a form after that. This is a process that was just a matter of one or two forms not filed almost two years ago.

At the same time we are preparing a corporate action for Finra and Sec approval. This will move us toward news.
We are taking the extra time to insure that the news coming by midweek, all is correctly filed and vetted.

Between our great new partners and the boards great experience, we are insuring everything is filed correctly the first time.

I do know this is pushing the patience level, but all filings we make are audited.
We have to be audit compliant for the companies future and all filings brought on also have to be audited.

This vetting process is almost complete at this time and this us the last step for the two boards to move the LOI to a new company.

I have been promised and I am promising we will have news to share by Wednesday 1/28 or sooner.

I can tell you, I am so ready to share but, I can not till all is legal.
