Would like some opinions. What the heck has happened to the OTC the last 3.5 years ? I've only been in this madness for 5 years and it seems nothing runs anymore.
Did the naked shorting stories of 2021 chase the "Hedgies" down to the OTC ? Is being a "Long" just too risky nowadays and is everyone a flipper now ? Is toxic financing (aka dilution) a bigger part of OTC funding than in years past ? Again, what happened in Pennyland or is it just cyclical ?

My suspicion is that it's the quarterly report for the period ending June 30. I don't see that on the site. The quarterly ending March 31 was submitted on May 6. If they had stayed on the same pace, they would have submitted August 6 here you would think. I think the due date is August 15 but I'm not positive on that. I'm surprised they wouldn't file a notice saying they'd be late if in fact that's the case.

You're right - they can't bid below .0001 except in crypto.

Sometimes you bid .0001 and get .00005 though on rare occasions.

Yeah, it wasn’t easy for me because I went to them originally so I could actually get sleep since they can only trade for 6 1/2 hours. But with ASTS it is a solid company backed by AT&T, Verizon, Vodafone, Google and so many others and other future ones. It’s already gone 10 times since it’s low about two months ago. Projections take it 50 times or greater in the next few years as long as everything goes as planned. And they are incredibly transparent. It’s like a different world honestly.

Well I got it at 4.25. It is at 19.53 right now. So that’s already well over four times my money. Projections take it much much higher. Check out Twitter/X for great DD. Even Stocktwits if you ignore the bears because they have no rational argument.

OK, I bought this a couple years ago when I was learning things and I definitely do not buy penny stocks anymore. It was too violet all but for the most part, I made a lot of money. Right now I’m all in on ASTS which is definitely not a penny stock.
