FLMP Reports Record Sales Growth
Flame Seal Reports Record Sales Growth in Response to Its Self Directed Marketing Program
HOUSTON, Dec. 29, 2011
HOUSTON, Dec. 29, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Flame Seal Products, Inc. (Pink Sheets: FLMP) releases the following:
Flame Seal Products, Inc., which took control of marketing FLAME SEAL-TB, its Thermal Barrier coating for the Spray Foam Insulation Industry in August of this year, has seen exponential sales growth as a result of that effort, as well as from its ongoing marketing program in the Fire Retardant Leather market. Sales figures that have been monitored on a monthly basis from the official "internal marketing" start date of August 12, 2011, have grown in direct response to the successful implementation of that program.
As reported in previous press releases, Flame Seal terminated its agreement with its exclusive marketing company on August 11, 2011, because sales had been practically non-existent in recent months. Instead, Flame Seal elected to use its internal resources, directed by its VP, Craig Keyser, who had previously performed exceptionally in his previous position marketing for Atlas Refinery, Inc., and for Bayer Corporation before that.
The first two months were slow, as expected, but the third and fourth months since August 11th show record growth trends for Flame Seal.

Since taking control of its own marketing, Flame Seal's sales, consisting primarily of two of its products, Flame Seal-TB (Foam Insulation Market) and Leather Seal (Leather Fire Retardant Market), are growing at a record pace. This has occurred in spite of the onset of Winter, as well as the early stages of the Holiday season, which are both typically slow periods for foam insulation, and construction in general.
From the President:
"First of all, I hope everyone had a great Christmas, and I would like to wish all of our Stockholders a wonderful New Year. As you can see from the sales trend clearly evident in this data, 2012 is shaping up to be the break out year for Flame Seal. After the usual Holiday slow down period, which began just before Christmas, sales should ramp back up by mid-January, and the trend will continue, as we already have alerts from customers of shipments expected in January and February.
"As we continue to move equipment and materials over to the new facility, the timing is looking perfect. We will be completing the move just about the time sales will challenge our capacity at our current location. This also happens to coincide with the expiration of our lease at our current location on March 31, 2012. THAT part was simply good fortune, but I'll take good luck to enhance good planning any time! Also, in response to requests for more videos (even my amateur ones!), go to http://flameseal.com/Media.html to see my most recent impromptu "walk-thru" video at our new facility, showing off our new exterior sign / logo + progress moving materials into the new warehouse.
"It's all good news as we wind down our year and say goodbye to 2011. It was a very stressful 12 months, yet tremendously rewarding in the end, as we have taken control of our own fate, and are proving to be very effective doing so.
"We are now working on updating filings so FLMP will be elevated to a reporting status. This will help everyone with trades and liquidity, so I have directed efforts to put that issue at the top of our list, along with continued Marketing expansion, and setting up our new manufacturing facility and offices.
"On another note, we will be adding more new members to our staff as 2012 gets under way, so we will have our complete team on board to assure smooth sailing as this Company gets up a head of steam!
"That open house many shareholders have asked about will be here before you know it. It should be quite an experience for us all! More about that, and other developments right after the holidays..." Michael D. Kiser

This is certainly great news! I just hope that the next PR will be about contracts signed and product being shipped out. In my opinion there is no better fire retardant then Flame seal's. Congratulations Mike!
Flame Seal-TB Endorsed by USI, the Largest Spray Foam Contractor Group in the U.S.
Flame Seal Products, Inc. announces it has received the exclusive endorsement of USI (United Subcontractors, Inc.), a major consortium of 45+ Spray Foam Insulation contracting firms, formalized at a USI Conference at the Phoenix Hilton Tuesday, November 17, 2009. Cliff Haskins, Marketing Director of SPI and Michael Kiser, President of Flame Seal were invited to the conference to do a presentation for the 45 Companies in attendance, to provide product information, technical data, certifications, application instructions, and answer questions from attendees. The two day conference culminated with the 45 minute presentation, highlighted by a live fire demonstration of the product which ended the conference with congratulations and hand-shakes all round. Mike Kiser elaborates:
“Fellow Flame Seal shareholders… This may prove to be the defining moment in our (SPI and Flame Seal) effort to solidify Flame Seal-TB as the accepted Gold Standard of the Foam Insulation Industry. The primary reason is, while our successful efforts to establish testing and certifications cooperation with all major manufacturers will result in providing a solution for the customers, this endorsement by the highest profile Contractor group in the U.S. represents a “call to action”. These are the guys who make this happen, and that is the final piece of the puzzle in our battle plan to effectively capture the entire market. I cannot sing the praises of USI enough, as they are an extremely organized, professional group… which is why, as their top manager explained to me, this took almost a year, as they carefully studied the market, companies claiming to have competitive products, as well as testing our product thoroughly from the Contractor/Applicators’ perspective. He then said that it is now clear to them that Flame Seal-TB is the only choice, so they invited us to this educational conference to teach the group about our product. Not to sell it, but teach… because the USI group of companies all use the same products recommended by USI. For example, all USI Contractors currently use either Bayer or BASF foam. Now, they will add Flame Seal-TB to their list of recommended products. Since Flame Seal-TB currently has ICC Certifications over Bayer SPUF, USI supports the use of the coating for that particular foam by USI Contractors. When Flame Seal receives ICC Certifications over BASF foam, USI will expand the recommendation to that application as well.
“By the way, they were a very enthusiastic group, who, after they saw the fire demo outside, were all saying how thankful and excited they were to finally have such a product! In fact, they were so impressed with the demo, they practically accused me of being a magician! Now THAT’s a compliment!!!
“Another very important piece of news regarding the PKOTC disclosures. Between the latest surprise development with USI and a major contract agreed to and pending signature with the leader in the leather tanning industry – to be announced when executed, I am fighting again with time to get it all done. (I am writing this on a plane in transit to meetings in WA with SPI, then testing in San Antonio.) Still, we have the financials and disclosures almost complete. We are currently adding the two new items mentioned here. It is additional work incorporating a new contract and its ramifications in with the other contracts our forecasts are now based upon. Nonetheless, everything will be reviewed next week, and submitted to PKOTC as soon as humanly possible, at which time we’ll make that press release, too.
“Once again, thanks for your patient support on this long journey to success.”
Michael D. Kiser, President, Flame Seal Products, Inc.

It's coming together SWEET
Wow! That's a humongous amount of shares. I sincerely wish you the very best! I own 100,000 shares of a different stock where I have been averaging down from a cost average of $3.69 to a $1.31. The stock had traded as high as $8.69 to as low as a dime and it's gradually climbing back up but it's still below a dollar. I have had this dog for 10 years, talk about missed opportunities! I sincerely hope that you make out fine on your purchase. What concerns me about FLMP is that it still has not reported any earnings according to Yahoo Finance, there is no information about this security at all. I don't wish to rain on your parade but you may be holding this stock for a long time, even if it does crawl it's way up to the dollar mark it, it would depend on what the volume is at that time. I have had my share of losses on these non-reporting companies, so now I just nibble.
Tony.
no but I holding over 200 thousands shares would be nice to sale half over a buck and keep the other for a rainy day
Yeah! Are you buying up all of this stock?
Tony.
You like that bid and ask
I was surprised at the news because Yahoo Finance has not reported it yet. I check them every morning for all of the stocks that I hold and there was only one story for TASR so they may be having problems obtaining news feeds. I would like Mike to report new and existing contract revenue. What I don't understand is if the product is as good as Mike says it is (and according to the video it's an amazing product) why haven't manufacturers been beating Flameseals doors down? This is good news but it lacks the meat that I am looking for.
FLMP .44 weeeeeeeeeeee I know I'm getting ahead a little but who cares 1.00 will be here
nice news today lets get this party started
Things are getting ready like that vol today
I'm thinking 7 trucks a mth soon at 80,000 per truck hoping some big deals coming
I am sooo ready! Have you heard of any news? Best to you.
Tony.
Good things on the way for our FLMP so be ready
hope its the start of many things to come
Keep a watch on PAYD another one like FLMP it could be the one
I agree that it's been way too quiet. Mike put out a tepid PR today. I was hoping that he would mention SALES. I have reduced my holdings in FLMP by 50% as I have been bitten way too many times with these story stocks, not a single one ever became a winner. You would think that if Flameseal is as good as the test results would indicate this company's sales would be going thru the roof.
I wish you and the rest of us holding this stock a high rate of return on our investment.
Tony
Hope your still holding man I think its about time for this to start moving it's way to QUIET
all quiet over here for now keep a watch on PAYD been moving higher
Hi Bobby,
Yes, I am still holding FLMP. I have just returned from a 2 week cruise so am still playing catch up. I am so happy to see our stock price on the rise. I was also pleasantly surprised to see XOHO finally breaking out of the midteens (in cents that is)and now is at 35 cents. We have a load of XOHO also, I don't mean to tout but you may want to check it out.
hope your still holding
Like that vol.but thought it would have went higher
You better get ready for our FLMP its all looking good
