They have 120 days from end of FY to post annual report according to limited info pink disclosure rules, I think. So annual report by end of April should be forthcoming to avoid EM risk. Correct?

So far from what I’ve read it’s multiple announcements coming at once.

For example we know the “NASDAQ OTC CODE REVEAL” is 04/12

I’ve also seen from another employee that on 04/12 they are revealing V3 of their app

I’m sure financials and everything will be right around the corner too.

A 4000 in person event plus whoever shows up via zoom this is going to be a big day.

I don’t think they are having 4000 people come together to celebrate that they bought a shell. I think they have some big news coming out about their “OTC Codes” and NASDAQ plans. Going to be lots of news and attention. FOMO should probably start setting in soon. IMO

I follow another pink sheets RM that reduced/canceled a ton of restricted commons. But a smaller SS is just a bonus the real driver is the revenue and growth. Another otc that exploded this week to penny range from low dubs has 7.5B unrestricted so I don’t think the SS here is a critical issue.

You’re absolutely right. Ticker name changes are taking a year. All this is irrelevant as this is going to be all positive.

Fdc4: you sound so naive believing what you hear about uplisting to major platform. It’s not as fast as you think. The company has to be trading in the otc and be pink current, must have the previous 2 years of financials audited plus the current year before they apply to uplist and must meet required $2-4 dollars a share. There are other requirements but these are among the basic ones a person who trades should have knowledge of.

First they need to get on OTC and trade for awhile then apply to Nasdaq when they get above $4 share price. FBEC is tradeable with some brokers. I saw a $59 share price thrown out there in a couple of places. That would be a $295 Billion Market Cap. We don’t know how much money they have until the filings released but it seems they are doing pretty good with their two big events coming up for 4000 people at two nice hotels. We do know their goal is Nasdaq and they seem pretty confident about getting there.

Strange, according to what I am hearing from JFH = IGPK, the merger and IPO to Nasdaq isn’t taking that long. Name change happened quick and FINRA/OTC about to baptize it with holy water. Why all these being moved to 2025? Why sooo long?

Unless IGPK merger is all Bs, of course..
