Sure, would love to see the new name and ticker, but every day that goes by without filings, is a day closer to EM. What the heck are they waiting for?! The least they could do is put out a PR to at least let us know that they are awake and working on it.

I'm not sure about a grace period before being kicked out to EM.. Have the rules changed? As far as I remember it usually happens overnight, no warning.

It's a risk to be sure. However, your comment is prescient because there's no way they don't know they need to file. I'm expecting filings soon, simply because that's what you do when you are a public company. By the way, don't forget there is a grace period before going to EM. Also, even if they do go EM, which I doubt they will, they can still come back current. I'm holding my small stake not going anywhere. Go Hahalolo!

I like the potential here, but something’s wrong with this whole thing. I just can’t believe that a company would buy a ticker and not know that they need to file reports.

It is FUD and it is damaging to the stock price as it deters investors from securing a position in FBEC as a result of unsubstantiated doomsday scenarios.

Did you ever think that maybe the Hahalolo shares being sold on the company website will be of a different shareholder class? My guess is they will be listed on the Nasdaq as a company preferred class of shares separate from the common shares that are currently trading on the OTC. Therefore, they may not be blended. Preferred shares are always listed at a higher pps vs the common class of shares.

Good morning Reac. You make a good point. Question…I wonder if they could eliminate all Fbec current shares with rm by establishing their own pps and saying Fbec shares will equivocate by reducing through reverse split in to shares sold from their website. Otherwise what is motivation or reason.

What if everyone is supposed to be going on the Hahalolo site to buy part of the 10 million shares they are offering? They are selling them for $6 or $8 a share (I forgot which) and sold about 1.9 million so far.
10 million at $59 is $590 million market cap. This leads me to believe they could be wiping the current OS out because even if they left 10 million of those shares that would be a $1.18 Billion market cap. So if you want the $50 gain per share you might have to go invest on their site in their offering IMO.

If this has $50 million to $300 million in revenue? It’s moving a lot higher than a penny. Problem is nobody knows yet! What I find interesting is if they think they can hit the Nasdaq floor at $59.
If that’s the case, they are cranking out the mullah!
