Still stunned this happened. It was a long dead shell. Why on earth did it even trade? It was a carefully planned pump and dump. Only reason to buy was it was going to R/M with some other company. (NOT) Those that bought millions of worthless shares were able to hype it up and dump their shares and walk away with a bundle. (They had been at it for months before.)
There was never a R/M on the books.
There would have been a massive R/S it that R/M were even true.
So.... why buy other than to try to flip it. (That is worth the risk I guess if you are very quick and on top of it.)
Sigh, now back to waiting once again to see if it actually does arise one day as some new company and try to get back the money that has been stuck now for years. I could have sold out on the rise I guess and have taken the loss finally, but will never know now.

Yeah, it's a CE. I can sell on E-trade but not buy. I guess being able to sell doesn't help if no one can buy. At least e-trade let me put in a order to sell.

I am at a loss why anyone actually bought this. The company closed up years ago and I have been a stuck holder for years. A year ago, a careful pattern of buying of this dead stock emerged. I always wondered why. Now I see why. The rumors of a R/M were part of the scam from what I can see. (Only hope I have of ever getting out of it.) It was well done and crooked to the bone. I was not able to get to a level that I could have bailed from it to at least get most of my money back. Now I have to sit back and just see what happens.

the companies that are listed on OTC that aren't filing in a timely manner should be a sign that the company doesn't exist anymore...difficult to pint fingers who are running a scam...the company doesn't pump itself so that's not the root of the scam...AXCG was the topic of many social media outlets and somebody must have called SEC and made a complaint...I doubt SEC did it all on their own, but maybe they did because of the new rule for timely reporting...its not hard to write a loss like this off, just put in buy cost and sale cost, selling will be easy, just sell, if not call broker to make the sale, normally they wave trading fee because trading online was available...

It’s most likely gone for good. It will go to the gray market after 2 weeks I think and you can try to sell it but doubt you get any buyers wanting it. I would consult a tax attorney on the various ways to write off a total loss on scam stock.

The OTC Pink is the last place you want to put money unless you can watch it like a hawk and by all that is holy don’t leave money in for a long time. 99.99% are scams being run by outside groups who have planned what stock to target and load cheap (usually .0001) and when they will dump it.

Unfortunately for you the SEC did a big sweep and finally pulled the plug on several. Still a lot out there to be shutdown and you can make money riding the wave but it’s extremely risky especially if you are not in the group running the scam.

Unfortunately there isn’t anything you can do but learn the lesson. 99.5% of the OTC is scammers. It’s high risk gambling and you never hold shares long and take small profits immediately.

I am lost for words!!!! I work almost 70 hours a week so I do not have the proper time to do proper dd!!!! It sucks!!!!! I have been in this dogsh1t for a little over a decade now (if memory serves.. it's been so long now, I honestly don't remember when I bought). I bought with anticipation of being able to watch all the hotspots in NYC anywhere in the world.. as GanderTv promised so much. I watched the sub-penny run and then was OH SO PISSED with how Chris and Mary F'd shareholders.. kind of a "We'll be right back (around Christmas/New Years) and then 'WE'RE DONE!'... anyone else remember those two little dipsh!ts Grahm and Cash (or whatever the F their names were).. what a load of sh!t they were.. and they got paid like $250,000 for the wasted effort. But I digress., I wrote this off in my mind, but I never called my broker (E-something) to officially get this off my book. A decade later, it came back to life.. I can sit here and say "I should have" all day long.. and it's probably a BS story, but things may change.

I have a another holding that seems to have turned the page.. pv sp. Similarly it looked like dead money, but I held. We'll see where it goes, but it's showing more promise than this suspended 'ASSet'.

Who knows, if the rumors were correct, this just might be the thing that's necessary for Chris to finally deliver. He was supposed to be a "big thing" at one point in time, right?!?!

Only problem with that is big boys no exactly when everything is going down. This is the work SEC in conjunction with the big boys. No one should believe that the SEC just discovered that AXCG wasn’t current.
